I saw TBP's commercial today on MSNBC, went on his website for the video presentation, I was very impressed with his message and the enthusiastic support of the groups. I thought TBP's approach to this crisis is sound and I also liked the way he added windpower, natural gas and other alternative energy solutions in solving our nations energy problems.

We need to add algae biofuel as a promising alternative, hopefully we can tell the Middle East to go "pound sand."

Has anyone read the book, The Plot to Save the Planet. How Visionary Entrepreneurs and Corporate Titans are Creating Real Solutions to Global Warming. by Brian Dumaine.

Pickens Plan need a basic legislative proposal that encompasses the specific items to get solar and wind power on equal footing with oil and the utility industry and then use the grass roots power of this Internet effort to get behind it. Don't forget that in Florida, FP&L has lots of money and lots of power to fight anyone encroching in their profit centers. The only thing that Legislators fear and will respond to, besides money, is a "pissed off" electorate. Organize, mobilize and act. It can happen.

In response to David Grabowski, I am involved with representing a Hydrogen production plan. We have all of the necessary testing and with one final approval remaining, we could actually be in production with a huge Hydrogen project here in the United States. This form of fuel is extremely reasonable to produce, far less than the alternatives. We are in need of the right investor. We have all the "right" people in charge of the project and the project could be complete and in production within a year. This is "the" answer to our short and long term needs for industrial needs and this form of energy can be used for all modern needs for big power, aircraft, trains, cars, etc. I hope someone will show interest and be in touch.

Glad to see someone is pushing this concept. I believe that CNG vehicles are a good transitional form until we really solve the problem of alternative fuels - hydrogen or fuel cells or ?.

Meanwhile, we need to have some links to responsible discussions of the opportunities and limitations of converting existing vehicles to CNG. You will find, if you don't already know, that most of the vehicles which currently use CNG are fleets - often operated by municipalities. It is, I believe relatively easy to convert many existing vehicles to CNG.

We also need further information on how we can make CNG refueling straightforward and accessible. At present, my research has only identified about 40 refueling stations in all of Florida. All of these are private, non-accessible stations supporting fleets. There are NO publicly accessible stations. I did come across a device which permits filling from a natural gas line in your house but it is expensive ($4500) and appears to have some code problems.

If we can overcome these two issues, we could make a real dent in our slavery to foreign oil. (There is still one problem that worries me - what happens when the price of CNG inflates? Is there any reason not to expect this?)

How can the genesis-H-1-design and device help change the automobile industry? In many vehicles engines run on gasoline/diesel fuel/ethanol/rechargeable batteries. The genesis-H-1- energy device would enable vehicles to run on endless amounts of energy and still giving cars/trucks/motorcycles their power and speed. Using genesis-H-1-energy device will eliminate dependence of gasoline and it would eliminate toxic exhaust fumes. And it would help save individuals/small businesses/and corporations hundreds/billions of dollars & time on traveling/delivering goods etc. The genesis-H-1-energy device could be manufactured to be installed in numerous vehicles and trucks this would help the auto industry and individuals to save money by not having to purchase new inventories/vehicles.
