I'm about 20 minutes from there. Last time parking wasn't a problem like it is at the beach--$16 all day or nothing. Let me know if I can do anything to help before during or after.I'm looking forward to gong back to Gumbo Limbo it's been a while.

It's at the Sea Turtle Day at Gumbo Limbo Park on A1A from 10:30-4:00. Chris is trying to get info on setting up a table but if that's not possible then we can still walk around and sign people up...We must give credit to Jennifer Oliver...It was her idea and she will be there volunteering with the Sierra Club....Chris should let us know as he gets more information.

Great idea Nate! I'm trying to insert the Pickens Plan at the local Obama house meetings.
When and where is the Sierra Club meeting? I'll show up in a Pickens shirt.

I'm coming to believe we need more media exposure. People are scared and want a safe easy way out. I know we have the closest thing to that but they seem to want Obama or Congress to say "This is the way". I can't get my legislators to give the "Go sign". So I'm trying to at least raise awareness, bumper stickers, t-shirts, and I'm fortunate enough to have some access to neighborhood TV and newsletters. If enough people at least become aware of the program, even just the legends of unemployed who view it as the potential job it is that's better than hearing one more caveman tell me he' never heard of the Pickens Plan.

We are trying to organize a sign up at a Sierra Club event in Boca Raton on March 7th....Hopefully it works out and we can spread the word and increase the size of the Army.

I never was a great recruiter but it looks like its time to learn. I think Boone's new ad is a powerful piece. We can get together or just share what works but let's do it!

The energy summit yesterday was awsome, but it is not going to replace on going individual members signing up more members. We need to Carry On!!! with our efforts.

If anyone is having difficulty signing up new members please feel free to e-mail me. We can get together or have another meeting specifically about signing up new members. That probably makes good sense we could make a goal of going to some local retailers and getting some of them to allow us to sign up new members in front of their retail location.
