EXPERTISE

Subsequent to posting my comment (John C. Snedeker) I received a message from the U.S. Department of Energy inviting consultants to submit Statements of Expertise and Resources in four categories (1) Legal, (2) Financial, (3) Engineering and (4) Market Research. to assist DOE evaluate applications for loan guarantees. The first round of loan guarantees will be for [A] Projects that employ innovative energy efficiency, renewable energy, advanced transmission and distribution technologies [B] Nuclear power facilties and [C] Front end nuclear facilties.

We willbe submitting a Statement and need to have people on our team with expertise in any of these areas. Please contact me at JohnCSnedeker@cs.com if you have relavent experience in any of the areas of expertise. The qualification statements must include assignments within the past 5 years.
