Beautiful Green Silicon Valley!

Welcome to the Silicon Valley page. I started this page to unite the amazing people here in the Silicon Valley. Silicon Valley certainly has some of the brightest and the best people in the world and I believe that if we are unified we can accomplish great things. I know that we are very busy here in Silicon Valley and don't have a lot of extra time but if we all do a little - we can do something great.

This is not a Republican or Democrat plan. This is an American plan. Please refrain from ranting about specific views, rather let us focus on solutions.

Please feel free to invite others to join our group. Together we can make a difference.

Lori,

I think posters and bumper stickers are a great idea and I will work on that in the coming weeks. I got some business cards for a good price on VistaPrint and I believe they have some other options there as well. I'm happy to have you on the team and I believe we can raise awareness.

Have a great day!

FYI, if you are interested in a CNG car, the only one presently for sale in the USA is the Honda Civic GX (www.civicgx.com). Unfortunately, no USA auto maker manufactures a CNG car for sale in the USA. Chevrolet makes a car in Singapore called the Optra Magnum CNG that they sell in India. I would urge anyone interested in getting a CNG car to email Chevrolet at faq@chevrolet.com and let the know of your interest.

Hi! I am a biofuels guy, which isn't featured prominently in the plan, but maybe I can help to change that. I split my time between the US, Africa and South America. I'm currently in Chile, but plan to spend most of October in the States. I hope I'll be able to meet some of you then.

I wish there were posters and bumper stickers we couldn't distribute to the local bay area communities.

Hello, I'm Chuck Seymour, live in Santa Clara and have for 40 years, retired from SCPD 1996. I am active politically and on Parks Recreation Commission. I am very interested in alternative power, alternative fuels, especially solar. I've got some idea's that I need to discuss with some solar engineers. I am in constant search for the real truth so we can solve these issues! I am very glad to be a part of this group!

There still seems to be little effort to get people trained as Pickens organizers; or to reach out to younger people who will be voting for wars or clean energy...we do not seem to have the mental capacity for both.
