I think People need to learn how to manuver a vehicle as they would learn to operate any other hazzardous, dangerious equipment.

We are "Hazzardous Vehicles Operators".

Having another gimick devise mounted on the dash, which distracts a
Driver adds to that danger, and hazzard, by taking the drivers eyes off-the-road.

Getting rid of the Dianasours!

Need to make the Roads, & Highways safer for Electric, and Hybrid Solar Vehicles,
which will be smaller, lighter, less powerful, and will only need to attain Top Highway Speed.
