I feel this is going to be done from the bottom up in my area power companies do not want us to be more independent or our country since they are making record profit as the biggest transfer of weath is lining their pockets at everyone elses exspense. we need coalitions and unite together or they will keep lobbying so we can not grt started maybe the next adminitration will help more but I do not want to hold my breath and goverment wheels turn slow. this could have taken off in the 70's but Regan ripped off the solar panels as fast as he could.Big money lobbist cause big prolems with big wallets withlittle care of stewardship to our planet and resouces they care about their greed not our childerns future. we can only take so much and then it is gone and we all lose everwhere non-renewables are finite and as time goes they get more expensive and thet makr more money. It is resouse oppression that leads to more poverty and war and we will be next in this global economy. read your history books.What we need is a united hopefully war on energy policies I have seen too much blood for resouces in my short lifetime deguised as spreading freedom as we lose our and other peeple. if we could send a man to the moon we can do this and much of the technology has been here before we were a country let alone the advancements we have made on are making.
