BTW unfortunately solar will never be let to be a huge product in America as politcians cannot tax the sun

SOLAR POWER-4-11-09
THIS PART WAS LOST IN PASTING, SO HERE IS THE “REST OF THE STORY”

The current project I have under development in Chino Valley, Arizona will use a unique "Cooling and Heating" system that doesn't require any natural gas line, no furnace's to both "Heat and Cool" a building of 92' X 252' and two-stories including a 1500 sq. ft. residence for manager.
My cooling system requires 120 volt, single-phase electrical system to operate the cooling system. The total "cost per month" to cool this project is projected to approach $100 per month. The complete systems, heating and cooling are "Totally" passive except for the 120 volt to run the pumps and fans to distribute either "Cooling" or "Heating".
I know this information goes against the information given out by all "Professional" heating and cooling using active systems are simply the fact they can't simply buy and re-sell existing products for your projects.
Does the above information tweak your mind? As a sideline you can also "COOL" any building "forever" using a passive in-ground tank of water to maintain 68-degree interior temperature as I designed for our project in Arizona in 2005. In Arizona the biggest cost is cooling a project and the project's building I designed is 255' by 95' and 2-stories with 500 rooms. The projects operational costs to “Cool” this building are $5 a day for electrical power to operate the pump to circulate the "Cool" water to the radiator units inside the building. Our buried 10,000-gallon water tank 15' underground produces all the cooling at no cost after the installation process. Mother Nature provides everything to heat and cool any building "IF YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO BELIEVE" IN WHAT YOU SEE EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE???

APRIL 5, 2009—PICKENS PLAN

Hello, SOLAR POWER—The following is a solution for individual’s use and stop and think for themselves. If you expect some agency or magic governmental solution to your individual efforts to live in a “Warm or Cooled Home”, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
Enclosed actions and solutions are derived from my “self-journey” started in 1983 from my first attempt into the realm of passive solar with continued use through 2009. I will assist you understand the beauty of nature and do something beyond sitting and looking? I'm not sitting and looking at life go by and do nothing more then asking questions and then sitting on my hands and “WAITING”. So here's the skinny if “YOU” wish further assistance or directions the balls in YOUR court.
Starting in 1983 I built my first passive heating system located in Burlington Wash. My $60 "Passive Solar" system has furnished "Cost free Heating" for 25 years with no repairs or changes. The first business was All Heated Mini-Storage with 200 plus rooms and residence. The building is 55’ wide by 95’ long and 3-stories tall. The interior space contained 141,075 cubic feet.
The cubic square feet of a house sized 36’x56’ is 15,800 cubic feet. The area heated is the same as heating 9 typical homes located anywhere in the USA. The “Cost” to heat this project to 70 degree’s for the last 25 years averaged “1.00” per day. The cost to heat a home could be $.10 cents per day for your home to be HEATED using my simple system.
My second project in Bellingham used my passive solar collection system to heat a 125’ x 70’ two-story projects using my design. This building used a "Mobile Home" resistance-heating coil located in the attic air intake pipe to totally heat this project when it need added heat beyond the passive solar.
The third Project "All Heated Mini-Storage was built in Monroe Washington in 1985 using an improved Passive Solar system furnace to completely "heat this project”. This project required a 2 hour fire wall system to separate the building into units with two gas furnace’s were required when we indicated we were a Heated Mini-Storage.
The next project I built is located in Mount Vernon Wash. This project was 142' X 72' and included the residence, office and 220 rooms. Using a new Super Passive solar design we kept the gas heating cost to $8 per month for the two backup furnaces using natural gas.
My last project was built in Vancouver Wash in 1988 and I went totally beyond all prior projects in building a combination passive solar heating and passive solar cooling system. This project had commercial rules in place requiring 8” thick concrete firewalls as we were building in a commercially zoned property with fire hydrants and strict building standards.
These new conditions created an opportunity to create a totally new passive heating system and incorporating an automatic passive air conditioning system using the passive heating system to automatically cool this 142' x 74’, two story project. In other words I created an automatic dual-system, which determines the interior comfort level and automatically alters its functions to produce heat or cooling as needed with no interventions or stand-alone air conditioner system using electrical power or natural gas to create "Cool" air.
The combination passive cooling system and heating systems have functioned for 20 years with NO replacement of any components and automatically maintains interior temperature year round. The complete system is controlled by one thermostat in the office and set at "72" degree's. The system is totally automatic in operation and changes functions as needed
The system uses the "Passive Heating" system to automatically cool this project using "Mother Nature" with NO ground water, NO air conditioning unit, no compressors, no "Human interaction" and is totally self acting. I also built into the three, 9 x 7 overhead garage doors an automatic "Self Sealing" magnetic gasket system to allow ease of operation and ability to totally control all air movement into or out of the first floor.
The original cost of the Burlington project, beyond the original cost of $100 for a used "Hot water flash Boiler" and $100 for used sheet metal ductwork from a "Sea First" bank being remodeled in Bellingham was the purchase of a "Remote" temperature sensor that indicated the "AIR" temperature in the attic and a distance of 24" from the pitch of the roof covered with black composition roofing. Robotic
The one question for you is the following: What were the conditions "outside" and on the roof on December 22,1983 in Burlington, Washington? When the system turned "ON" for the first time, the building was 65 degrees inside and I was sweeping the floor. I had turned the hot water furnace off and the remote attic control was set for 65 Degree. I quickly went outside to look at the weather and found "3 inches" of snow on the roof and a temperature of 22 degrees. SO I guess "Solar Heating" and "Passive Solar Cooling" is impossible.
THE "BEST PART IS EVERY HOUSE and COMMERCIAL BUILDING" can be "allowed" to heat and cool themselves.

Sincerely, Anachronism, Out of its time and Place. YOU CAN ACCEPT THE FACT THAT PASSIVE SOLAR COOLING AND HEATING WORKS AND IT IS READY NOW. DO SOMETHING?? OR JUST SIT AND LOOK?? You will simply become the PERSON you wish you would BE? DO SOMETHING!!!

We must stop thinking globally and think locally when approaching the problem
of building more Generation Staions 200 to 300 miles away from the end user...or in other words…

Here is an example: the GA Power Company wants to build 13Billion dollar nuclear Plant (and make us pay for it before they even break ground) and a 3billion dollar new Coal Plant. In isolated regions of Ga….

I call this “Stink-en Think-en” to quote Zig a very wise man of the 70’s…

Lets take that same 16Billion dollars and build 160 one hundred million dollar
Mini-PV plants all over the state. Kills two birds with one stone.
Just think all those jobs it creates LOCALLY. Generate @ the end user stop wanting to generate and then Ship it 200miles to the user…not rocket science

And here is why it makes since in Ga and any other Southern State…

SEIA: Georgia Has Some of the Best Untapped Solar Resources in the World
Washington, District of Columbia, United States February 26, 2009
Georgia, Southeast region poised to lead in solar jobs and power installed

Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) president and CEO Rhone Resch today touted the vast potential for solar energy development in the Southeast United States, particularly the untapped state of Georgia.

“The United States has some of the best solar resources in the world – resources that are more than double that of Germany, the current world leader in solar. With the right policies, solar can play a significant role in creating jobs, growing local economies and cutting energy costs for consumers and businesses,” said Resch

“Those who claim the U.S. does not have enough sun to power our nation are simply wrong. In Georgia, 23.6 percent of electricity could come from rooftop solar alone*. As a policy investment, solar is one of the best values for putting Americans back to work and creating growth opportunities for utilities and small businesses alike in the Southeast and across the country,” added Resch.

At times that is a appealing consideration for me.....the rail road tracks are near by and more conveniently accessible for my impulse suicidal needs....in the mean time im doing every thing i can to minimize my impact...

i have subscribed to the only peaceful solution.. VHEMT (voluntary human extinction)...wile keeping my mind open to intellectual solutions ,as well as,your garden variety of last resort violence....an in that sense, fell i am paradoxically more worthy of existence than most..( there are some who may disagree, but i'm comfortable with that)...and so, if you feel to need to join the ranks of the "lets send rulgert to planet ass" club....feel free.
