I would like to have a meeting with everyone in the South Jersey area. I am looking for a place so I am looking for an aproximate number of people interested. Please respond to me and let me know if you have interest.
Thanks,

I will working on a new company promoting 3 new types of energy all based on magnet technology. Here is an excerpt from the business plan I am working on.

Motionless Electromagnetic Generator

Though in its infant stages of development, Motionless Electromagnetic Generator (MEG) technology is by far the most inexpensive to make and maintain. Developed over the last 12 years; a group of scientists from around the globe are ready to put the final touches on a generator that requires NO MOTION. That’s right, no moving parts.

An electromagnetic generator without moving parts includes a permanent magnet and a magnetic core including first and second magnetic paths. A first input coil and a first output coil extend around portions of the first magnetic path, while a second input coil and a second output coil extend around portions of the second magnetic path. The input coils are alternatively pulsed to provide induced current pulses in the output coils. Driving electrical current through each of the input coils reduces a level of flux from the permanent magnet within the magnet path around which the input coil extends. In an alternative embodiment of an electromagnetic generator, the magnetic core includes annular spaced-apart plates, with posts and permanent magnets extending in an alternating fashion between the plates. An output coil extends around each of these posts. Input coils extending around portions of the plates are pulsed to cause the induction of current within the output coils.

Motionless Electromagnetic Generators

Searl Ring Generator

The Searl Effect is by definition the conversion of random quantum fluctuations and quantum kinetic energy into coherent currents of electron pairs formed between two dimensional boundaries of material layers in a changing Hall Effect field resulting in temperature decreases inversely proportional to the currents. This quantum process enables said device with the capacity to function both as a prime mover and more so as a generator.
Incidental effects include a halo of negative ionization of the surrounding air, vacuum by high voltage, cooling temperatures of the local environment, gravitational and inertial anomalies under specific conditions.

One of the forerunners for this business model, this technology has been given approval for installation in both Israel and Thailand.

My belief is once this type of technology becomes mass produced, it will do away with all need for fossil fuel oils and most battery technologies involving electric. As a note, another type of magnetic generator that I am researching (Developed in Australia and the US) is slated to come out 2009 and 2010 to change how electric cars are run (with no batteries).

I recommend all to look into these technologies. They are not new, but are definately improved and ready to roll out soon.

Hi, I've just joined. What activities is this group engaged in here in South Jersey to promote the cause? I live in Haddon Heights (Camden County).

Does anybody else believe that people who lost their homes and credit ratings because of mortgages they shouldn't have gotten would be vehemently opposed to voting for one of the people responsible for their very existence. Or are they unaware with Obama's involvement with that situation.

I think this a great idea.

Did anyone notice during the debate, the only area where NObama was willing to cut expenditures was for energy. That is his last priority.
Perhaps he has some trouble prioritizing.

Most that I've talked to have already done the conservation measures. Since conservation doesn't produce more of anything, they've moved on to the next step.

For many the income tax deduction for property taxes is already off, thanks to the AMT calculations, so no change here. I had not heard of the 5% property sales tax. I suspect this might be for the capital gains portion only. If it is on the entire sale, this is real bad. Taxes are a killer in New Jersey for sure. I happen to currently own two houses as I am retired, planning on selling one of them. The other one is in Ohio, and guess what, the taxes there are no picnic, in fact I pay more real estate taxes in Ohio than on my place in NJ.

That is off topic though. As for the comment below about boats.

The off shore wind turbines will not be in the major shipping lanes that run parallel to the State from New York City to the south. These shipping lanes are used extensively by commercial freighters, oil barges, tugs, etc,. and they do not generally wander out of theses lanes. These large ships have very sophisticated radar, so seeing a wind turbine is not a big deal. They will not hit them.

I happen to sail up and down the coast of New Jersey frequently. My path is generally inside of 5 miles from shore, so the location of the turbines will not affect me, or many people who are transients. Likewise most small boats have radar as well, or should if they are off shore. It is more likely that you will run into another boat than a wind turbine that will be very visible on radar and will alway be in the same location.

Pleasure craft should also be moving at very slow speeds in the fog. I suspect there will be audible signals on the turbines in addition to lights at night.

As for rust etc., this is not an issue, has already been solved, there are thousands of wind turbines off shore world wide now, and many thousand oil rigs off shore as well that have designs to handle corrosion.

Hemp and other cellulosic materials will be a good source of ethanol in the future, but not right now, the technology is still developing, has to do with the stability of the enzymes required for the decomposition of the cellulose. Starchs like from corn or sugars are very easy to break down which is why ethanol from corn, sugar cane, sugar beats is far along.

Very few comments are ever presented in these groups about conservation. The single most effective way to reduce consumption is by reducing your demand. It is immediate, no energy plan from the government is needed, no incentives or rebates, no building permits, and you get the full value of the savings yourself. Drive smaller cars, drive less, slower, turn off lights, use less AC and heat, insulate better, turn down the temp in the hot water heater, use gas instead of electric if you have has to your house (I am surprised how many houses have electric hot water heaters, when they have gas furnaces), and on and on. I personally reduced my electric usage from 1500 kwh annual average to less than 900 kwh in the summer months. My annual average will be less than 900 kwh. I also reduced my natural gas consumption quite a bit. We can all make immediate impacts, and have to if we are going to win this war on energy costs.
