PickensPlan

I have developed the next generation of Plasmafication. here is an old info video on the Waste to Energy application. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pz59hw_E7q0

Plasmafication has been around for 50+ years and has been used to break down compounds like trash and waste into fuels with gasification, to generate electricity or make gasoline/diesel.
Here is a link to some old data from Georgia Tech on Arc Plasma

Here is the only full scale plant in North America, in Ottawa Canada.

My method is called Microwave Induced Plasma. Using a standard Microwave to generate plasma, like on the surface of the sun, and the plasma that sheilds earth from galactic radiation.

Emission Scrubbers: This tech can break any emission, as demonstrated on the Pickens Plan page video, it breaks down cigarette smoke (which is very simular to Coal or any emission). The emission compounds are broke to their elements, the solids fall and the gases are reused, hydrogen can be gasified into fuel, and oxides form, which would be used, sold or decomposed in to regular air. Valero spent 700 million on 2 sulfur scrubbers, where we can scrub all the compounds from any emission, and recycle the solids in their elemental state, and sell them.

NASA's Dr. Paul A. Curto sent this letter to Senator Inhofe

Honorable sir,

James Tracy of your home state has some very interesting inventions which may become crucial to both our energy independence and our fight to stave off global warming.

I met Tracy online at PickensPlan, where he revealed some of his ideas. He is a truly gifted and prolific inventor. He has several other supporters who will also vouch for his abilities, Nelson Camus, and Charles Ivie. He has an application for a grant to assist in his research. Please look into his case. It may be a life saver for millions of Americans.

Sir, I served my Nation as an engineer and scientist for over 42 years, With NASA, the US Army, MITRE, and Dravo Corporation. I was Chief Technologist at NASA until I retired last year, and was known for my work in evaluating all of NASA's most important technological discoveries. I know good ideas when I see one, and this has the right potentialities.

Thank you for your attention.

And wrote this recommendation on my Linkedin Porfile.

“James has a unique and powerful idea that may transform the energy landscape. His concept of the use of microwave energy on concentrated toxic exhaust gases to break down and destroy the toxicity is clearly an approach that needs to be implemented on a large scale for both energy and environmental advances. Microwave plasmafication is the key. He may need some help from research laboratories to verify the effects and to formulate the most efficient means to deliver the focused microwave energy to the target streams. The geometry of the emitter and the means to remove the cleaned gases from the reaction region must be perfected before commercial implementation. Perhaps university and small business grants from DOE and DHS may be warranted. The utility industry should jump at the opportunity to enable its use of clean coal and related liquefaction and gasification technologies. Cities and counties where clean air, clean water, and energy shortages will become serious must have an answer. James has a great one.” April 27, 2009

Here are some news articles about my work. From Enid newpaper
From croatian news articles, they like it because its based on Tesla's Plasma beam weapon research.

Several people have asked me why I say MIP is more efficient than Arc plasma. Here is my response.

MIP has a higher energy output, for several reasons.
1. 2.45 MHZ is the frequency of the water molecule, a higher wave form than arc plasma.
2. Arc plasma: air has a high impedence, whereas MIP within the faraday cage rebounds the energy back on itself, intensifying the effect of the electron bombardment, which breaks compounds to their elements. Releasing the gases, and the solids fall to the bottom.
3. Arc plasma oscillates at one directional polarity, whereas MIP reverses polarity 2.45 million times a second. This reversal is like bending metals back an forth, it breaks down the bonds in compounds and elements.

There are alot of reasons, MIP is more efficient. Anyone knows that BTU for BTU microwaves are more efficient than conventional ovens. Arc plasma has a base input of 3kw whereas MIP has a base input of 70 watts.
MIP is far hotter that arc plasma too. Heat is a byproduct of free electron and valence bonds breaking. Heat is usable energy, either in a boiler, or heatpump.

BTW arc plasma is out of patent, anyone can build using it. Startech, plasco and others are doing it.
Also arc plasma cannot handle gases very well, whereas MIP can. Thus any emission can be dissolved, making oxides to be used on any form of plasmafication, while using the plasma chambers heat to preheat the water, which increases the plants output. maximum output, with no emissions.
A completely enclosed system, recycling the gases, seperating the hydrogen, or using it in generators while using the heat in boilers or heat pumps.

Dr. Paul Curto was NASA's cheif technologist, he gave me those recommendations. He is a Plasma Physicist.
I hope you see, and understand the benefits.

let me know what you think

Seriously
James Tracy
Dr. Tracy,
As an engineer (computer science/electrical/manufacturing), I'm trying to understand how microwave plasmafication works. Is this below link, from discovery.com, along the right track?

http://news.discovery.com/tech/plasma-scorch-trash-hurdles.html

Is the "output" sent to a generator or turbine to produce electricity?
George J. Becker
I have not earned the Dr. title. Yet. But then they dont teach this in schools yet either.
The link did not come out.
Here is some info on plasmafication of the past.
Georgia Tech proved for every 5w in they could get 8w out
Here is a good video of how plasma gasification works.

I see the link now, its good info. This tech is supressed by big oil, because they can compete with them.
Also the sierra club opposes it because it emits CO2.
I wrote this letter to the sierra club, because MIP can break CO2, releasing the carbon.
Sierra Club Moratorium on Waste to Energy
The Sierra Club has condemed Waste To Energy, based on the fact that it creates CO2. While ancient incenerator/combustion/pyrolysis technology does create CO2 and dioxins and other greenhouse gasses. There are new technologies that can turn our waste to energy, with 0 emissions. Regarless of of whether Global Warming is an issue. Landfills emit more methane and dioxins than WTE can, while leaching poisonous chemicals into our environment. With increased usage of mercury vapor lightbulbs, and arsenic LEDs, the damage to the environment will only increase. Pure Power Corp has a new, patent pending WTE method that would completely recycle all the waste, gases and solids to have 0 waste, with 0 emissions, recycling the solids in to usable materials.

Would the Sierra Club Support a technology that would remove the need for landfills, if there was 0 emissions, recycling all the solids, in their elemental state?

This technology could remove the pollution from coal emissions, and landfills, and purifying water. Creating millions of new jobs and industries, while making fuels (ie. gasoline, diesel, Hydrogen and electricty) from our waste. We can be more efficient, and reduce the pollution from any source.

This technology is needed now!

They have not responded.
WE NEED THIS. that is not to sa we do not need many other changes ,too. MIP is critical to our future, our economy, and our health. I really hop folk sill visit and comment:
