Thanks Torri, this is a great lesson plan for the older kids. I will print it and put it in my files for future use. I am looking for lessons for younger kids. I believe the earlier we expose the young people to positive alternatives the better.

I found a great site that I'm using for the beginning of school, just to let the kiddies know I mean business. The site gives a list of the national standards the lesson plan meets and it is definitely cross-categorical. The site address is:
