There still seems to be little effort to get people trained as Pickens organizers; or to reach out to younger people who will be voting for wars or clean energy...we do not seem to have the mental capacity for both.

Goal:
To have at least one NG fuel station and at least one conversion shop (to install NG kit on gasoline-run vehicles) per every metro area.
