Any suggestions for talking to Texas Mayors?

I am trying to reach small town Mayors in Texas - cities from 2 to 5K - with a great offer from a publicly traded alternative energy company.

Anybody have any suggestions, or want to chat about your connections?

Time is Critical or the opportunity goes away.

I agree that time is of the essence. I too am working on contacting local government. The problem is having the ability to walk in and be able to get there attention.
I would love to keep intouch with you and share idea's and experiences.
