Combining promotional efforts in these unique states. Rural Texas already has wind farm development but Nebraska doesnt. Nebraska has ethanol but Texans dont understand it or midwest agriculture. Both states are in the Winf Corridore.

Comment by Patti J Simpson on July 31, 2008 at 10:48am - I think solar and wind are the future. The way to get people and businesses involved is to make it attractive for them either by saving $$'s and /or design solar panels that don't look out of place when installed on people's property.
