Proposed Alternative Energy Implementation Plan

The core strength of this new army is mass numbers which will soon coalesce and reach critical threshold. I'm proposing that we develop an implementation plan to enact an achievable energy strategy.

Hello, Gilbert!
I joined the “Pickens Plan” site 2 days ago.

The first thing I was thinking about - I do not see at the “Pickens Plan” site an action plan. I noticed you started the group to create this Plan. Unfortunately, I couldn’t seem to find the actual plan. Perhaps I am missing something?

I thought I would offer a few humble suggestions for your review:

I would try to categorize all known energy sources and create working groups on each of them. In this short time I found a lot of people with similar experience, but doing it differently. Some have small businesses and are trying to sell their products.

I think the plan needs to identify all possible categories and the best available technologies if we want to achieve a result. If we don’t have well defined goals, then our results and efforts will not be realized. For example, there appears to be a variety of wind turbines, but many of them are not cost effective and not many people can afford them. May be it is better to install one effective model for a particular community or subdivision? This would be the purpose of working groups that could exist in each category.

There are additional interests that might be of value. For example there is a lot of data about producing energy, but little about energy conservation. For example, my personal focus is on designing energy effective homes. My hobby is original Dome design, a concept that has a strong history of energy efficiency. This design can accommodate
solar panels on the roof and sides. A wind turbine can be installed on the top of the roof.

What do you think? Can we start something like this? I would enjoy discussing it with you and the group in general.

Thanks,
Yosif

I would like to collaborate with you on a couple of ideas.
First - To truly define the first step to actualize our first claim of accomplsihment. Obivously there so many options in Alternative Energy sources (wind, solar, CNG, hydrogen, etc) and then the multitude of combinations of each (part solar and part wind, etc.). The aim in my opinion is creating jobs and economic recovery. I strongly believe that we should focus on transportation and answer the question, "How to make our EXISTING VEHICLES MORE ENERGY EFFICIENT?" Strictly addressing the problems of what we have NOW.

2 - In view of the above, a supplemetal gadget or system is required that is cheap to make, easy to install, benign side effects, and signicant contribution. The one solution that fits the bill is 'water to fuel' technology. The production of HHO ('brown gas'). PWM driven HHO system combined with nanotechnology is my approach. I've been experimenting with this idea and it appears to have promising results.

From my point of view, we are gaining so much strength by the minutes just by noting my incoming mailboxes of new members joining the PickensPlan. It has taken a life of its own and behaving like a black hole. When I joined, I recall the number of members was just in the 500's a few weeks ago. Now, we're approaching 2M.

I've been thinking on what can one do with this many people? How do you get people to move in the same direction at the right time?
