It behooves us to understand what has a higher probability to work. Good old coal is dirty, so extracting methane, or creating a liquid fuel (as the Nazis did during WWII) is a viable path. Albeit history has shown expensive. With modern chemical processes, understanding we can tweak the process and keep a lot of professors employed, and fires burning up the funds. However, along comes a simpler concept, a mircrobe to digest coal, and produce a cleaner, simpler by product. It takes big bucks (or some clever approaches) to do it, ie, can be done with brute force (NB: Genetic engineering is the opposite of engineering, in that you discard all the failed results, and keep the one that works. Its like throwing things against a wall, hoping one stick. Its stochastic, and something will stick. The odds increase if you know how the mechanisms work, promoters, plasmids. Now once you have shown that (which has been done) digesting coal, leaving a clean burning residue, you scale up. Again, with big buck, it will happen. At $4,000 per troy ounce some catalysts such as Rhodium (you know about platinum) fail economically from the get-go. Microbes, on the other hand, are plenty cheap. Thus, making coal into microbe food or microbes to eat coal is a far superior approach, and will cross the finish line because of the hundreds of millions of bucks directly invested, plus, billions of bucks in collateral research understanding, genomic break down to the atomic level. That BTW is what science is, a Search. thats what Google realized, and is making billions on, but in a marketing domain.

Yesterday I thought that the Banks had become the new world Government because they control the money/power that drives the fossil fuel economy. While reading your post I had a few insights (I guess that is the word) and realized that the new Google tube videos include full length movies. Google has passed over into the new age where information and not money is the medium of exchange. Their power comes from their social network. We the market, are the purchasers of their product and if they charged $10 a person to use their service they would have an income that would dwarf most Governments.

Well, we are speaking about small things solving big problems. Government can not solve our problems because they have become too large and disconnected from their source of power. They are unplugged. The ball is in our court and if we don't pick it up and run with it we are not going to get the puck in the net.

To bring up the Idea that the Nazis ,made Coal fuel for their Tanks and VW jeeps is interesting ,however its getting harder every day to find a few Old Nazis that can tell you how to do it . They did have a handle on population control and doing that is very simple . Better microbes ,that can tell the difference between Super greedy Fat Cats and everyday Cheated to death people that are now on welfare ! The Nazis told the Chinese how to thin the hurd ,now The new world order is working hard to cover the rest of the hurd .
One of these days people are going to die or be forced to live SIMPLE ! Fact is Bicycles are coming back and wood burning stoves are selling like hot cakes . People are turning off the AC and drinking more poluted water . Population control is the key thing ,its past time .And a small few are willing to go back to working with their hands and backs ,but not many .Of course the Government wants 99% of what they have earned with hard work . For every 100 babys born today their is one more new master of uncontroled Greed to skin them alive ! So why even have all the babys ! People need rewards for doing the right things not hammered ,but this to will end . Most countrys only last about 300 years then fall .

We have proven technology in hand today (Plasma Gasification Technology), more common ally called Plasma Torch technology that can contribute to the solution of  issues our society faces today that must be resolved in relatively short order. The waste disposal of the garbage from our cities. This technology was patented and certified by the US EPA in the 1970s. This process was developed to meet the green standards established for our country. The patented process of Plasma Gasification economically transforms products such as oil waste, garbage, coal, tires etc. into clean useful products such as clean coal, biofuel, biodiesel, ethanol and methane gas. The benefit of this technology is that it returns up to 80% of the energy contained in the original product except in a clean useful form. Recently others have tried to duplicate this green technology. However, they have not been able to make this proven process work or meet EPA standards. My objective would be to assist AMFIGS, LLC of 295 Brady Drive, Clayton, NC USA 27520 in developing sites on several NASA centers in order to both provide a demonstration of the technology and to establish several locations where waste could be turned into useful products for betterment of our society. The question is will America truly lead the way with these technologies or sit on the sidelines, I do know that other Countries have in fact been in dialogue with our CEO regarding this technology coming to their country to be developed. This is the one and only one ever developed to produce gas and is the one that works. My Grandfather developed built and ran this system, tested several feedstock, we have in our possession today all the plans blueprints as well as the information held proprietary that makes the system work, as well as his test studies data. This is here for the world, my wish is that it stay an American Lead Technology.

I agree with you about proven technologies…

 

And...

The Machines I have BUILT, do run so cleanly, ( Zero Emissions & Zero Ash ) that I have been allowed

 to operate this machine/process “inside" of the Capital Building, without need for any vents or any kind; as

"old tire/rubber” converted to new fuels; liquids, gases and recovery of solid products. ..

This Process Does not use any outside air or oxygen… therefore, no oxides or, ash gets made, or formed...

One of my important demonstrations was done for a few U.S. Senators, Congressmen and also 

Governor Underwood of WV.

 ——   ———   —— 

These demonstrations lead to More Formal Tests getting done in writing and a Research Book written by 

Marshall University… which, lead to TV Programs - broadcast by PBS-TV.  

 

All was going GREAT.  

100% ZERO EMISSIONS as Old Tire/Rubber and even medical waste/plastics converted into; Gas & Oil Fuels,

 plus solid carbon-black.

 

All 100% without fire, no smells, no smoke not even a vent is needed.  (just lines to tanks)

 

The Outside surface of my patented machines do not get hot as processing Wastes tires into:

Oils, Hydrogen, Methane….plus, 100% solid, "carbon recovery” … nothing goes into the air. 

This Process has Pasted all the tests… 

 

We were on our way to a $10 million grant to build. 

 ( WV wanted this ASAP because of their waste problems )

 

However, even after, all of the test and public demonstrations,  two things, slowed our progress down.

 

First, the Governor I was working with ran out of the number of terms that he could be re-elected.

 But, the number 2 bigger problem, happen later,  a huge Carbon-Black making corporation…  did not

seem to be interesting in REALLY recycling their carbon… 

They were taken to court … and forced to SHUT-DOWN because,

 they were found to be doing "price-fixing" & “collision"… etc.  

 

It is in the newspapers....

It was hard to fight a mili-billion dollar corp.

At that time; 

 I was processing chopped-up waste-tires and recovering their Carbon…

 I was taking with their guys - about selling it back to them.

 

+ An average waste TIRE "breaks down" to about; a Gallon of Oil, Plus: BTU’s Per Ft. for Methane & Hydrogen, 

pounds of Steel & Carbon-Black.  

  I 'm told that just the USA Discards 300-Million waste car tires every year.

 

 ALL of the Outputs from my machines are products, no ash, no smoke, no smell…  The comes from the machines

though plastic tubing because it is not very hot.

 

These are reasons this process/machine/invention is allowed to operate inside of the Capital and inside of

 Marshall University…etc. 

 ( all recorded by TV-News, Newspaper~Front-pages, and PBS-TV ) 

 

Well, now that a large carbon company’s roadblock has been taken to court and forced to shut-down in the USA.

 

I am looking for Funding to move forward again. ….

The amount needed depends on the SIZE of the processing-plants.

 Every City in the USA has waste-tire piles that are now breeding grounds for rats & West-Nile Virus, etc… plus,

waste-tire piles are a fire problem with lead to air, ground and water pollutions...

 

I would like to build TWO PLANTS …

The First Plant will be made to BUILD THE Processing Machines…

 

 Currently, We Need at least One -  Earth-Cleaning, Energy & Product Recovery Machine for almost every city in the USA.

Jack, sounds familiar. Our invention is a Natural Gas Inexpensive, scalable turbine for Combined Heat and Power in residential units, commercial, industrial parks etc. Second app is transportation. Pickens is spot on regarding choice of NG as fuel, 1/6th the cost of diesel, cleaner... But, if you know how to get through to him, contact me, I'll do likewise.

 

Its not the technology, its being able to inform those that have the funding what is available, ...

In 1978 I lived in Los Angeles. Some TV station there did a story on two guys who worked for a company that was developing a way to make Gas from garbage. They had been with the company for a number of years and came up with numerous ways to do it that were never put into use. They were ticked off that nothing was being done and that the company was in fact just a front to suck up federal grant money 

They approached a local TV station who followed them around for a few days. They went to a metal scrap yard and purchased assorted boilers, valves, pipes etc and put together a working model.

They put the garbage in the hopper and fired it up. As I recall they burned waste to fire the boiler also, unlike the enthanol companies that burn coal to make ethanol from corn. A couple of hours later they turned on a spiget and filled a clear container full of some amber fluid and poured it into another see through container attached to a gas powered machine and started the engine and it ran like a champ.

They were both fired the very next day and nothing was ever heard about the event again. Are these solutions going to fizzle just like that one did or do you have a real chance to do something that will make an impact in the energy market.
