Dear Friends

I have a Plan

Im going to get a little personal about me with you.
I Just finished a Drywall & Paint Job and realized the awesome earning potential I have within my grasp If I had 10 or more people just like me we could increase profits 10 fold maybe more. Im not saying this to soloist anyone or sell anything this is just a possible solution to raise capital to advance our projects like Energy Bonds Green Jobs and promote the best of our best Ideas. For 30 years I have been meeting all my family needs within my means with just the help of my wife.
My thought is this lets all network with one another our jobs what we do best refering one another for work and taking 10% or what ever of the job refered and put 5% into a We the People Account & the other 5% to the one who refered the job.
Mr. Pickens has spent over 50 Million of his own Money, Tell me why we all can't pull together and do this. I think most of us here part of the 77 Million Baby Boomers, I have 10-15 years left in me to sucure our Grandkids Furture.

So what do you think ?
Am I Dreaming :o} Or can we or are we willing. The only Power the Government has over us is what We the people Give them.
I'm really afraid of what I'm seeing where they are going.

We have to become independent from Middle Eastern Oil. For those that want - you can go to My Page and read my Mission Statement written years ago. The following is my request that can help. The automobile manufacturers are just beginning to build the HEV with the exception of Toyota, Honda and one American automotive manufacture Eaton who by the way is the only American automotive manufacture in the black. They just aren’t building it properly. With enough awareness they just might.

I would like people to energetically, aggressively, nicely push the American Automobile manufacturers to build the HEV (hybrid electric vehicle). This vehicle will reduce consumption of any alternative energy and reduce carbon.

The HEV (hybrid electric vehicle) can use many alternative energies. It is the most flexible automobile available. It’s not being built to use the following with the exception of gasoline/diesel but it can be.

HEV – flex fuel,
HEV – hydrogen (water)
HEV – dirty hydrogen (NG)
HEV – NG
HEV – LNG
HEV – LPG
HEV - CNG
HEV - H2
HEV – E85
HEV – gasoline – not an alternative energy; however it is available. HEV = less consumption
HEV – diesel – not an alternative energy; however it is available. HEV = less consumption
HEV – solar? Future
HEV – plasma? Future
HEV – etc, etc, etc, etc, etc

The HEV – (plug in) can be used with any of the above. If the fuel is combustible it can be used. What the HEV allows is less consumption of any fuel used. None of the alternative energy fuels above are available in quantity. Demand is the problem if we want to wean ourselves off Middle Eastern oil.

The HEV is an EV a hybrid EV. Many people don’t think of it as being an electric vehicle.

The hybrid can be built to be as fast and sturdy as any sports car, SUV or Truck manufactured today. Eaton is currently building a truck for Fed X and others.

I didn’t show use of capacitors in my patent. The capacitors would be added to patent 4,597,463 Electric vehicle using the vehicle's kinetic and mechanical power to regenerate its energy storage device. I show a multiplicity of energy transfer in this patent. The capacitors can be added to anyone.

MASS (automobile) – and every velocity dependent part of the automobile. There are many pieces of mass within the vehicle that have velocity.
Kinetic Energy (God) – applied to all velocity dependent parts including the automobile.
Generator (Man)
Capacitor Bank (Man
Storage Battery (Man)
Common sense (Man)

Kinetic Energy can be captured and transferred from any velocity dependent part of the car – going uphill, downhill - any time as long as there is velocity. The complete car’s kinetic energy would be primarily captured with dynamic braking. Transfer of energy doesn’t have to be dependent (only) on just dynamic baking. I show this in my patent. It can be converted into useable energy with the generator. It can be stored in a Capacitor Bank then leaked to a storage battery. I didn’t show the capacitor bank in my patent. The capacitor bank would be used similar to a surge device leaking energy to ground. A surge device is nothing but a capacitor bank. A capacitor bank can be formed to be placed anywhere in a car – they can easily be made in any shape.

All I am showing is transfer of energy with as little loss as possible.

Built properly the HEV will be less dependent on combustible fuel by an enormous amount

I allowed my patent to abandon 1998. Toyota and Honda introduced their version of my HEV late 1998 early 1999.

The automobile manufacturers have the information - CHRYSLER ALREADY HAS THESE PATENTS. THEY REFERENCED ME AS PRIOR ART - (5,999,864 December 7, 1999), (6,073,712 June 13, 2000), (5,962,941 October 5, 1999), (5,884,390 March 23, 1999) AND 6,069,424.

Beginning in 1990 I have been referenced in two of Ford Motor Company’s patents, one of Honda's, 3 of GE's, and 14 of Daimler Chrysler's for an Energy Storage Apparatus.

Excellent. During the last energy crises, I worked for a PV manufacturing company pioneering many of these issues. Having installed a plurality of these systems in such settings, we encountered many difficulties to solve - ranging from an absence of local semi-skilled persons for periodic maintenance to political and indigenous corruption of officials. Capital was always a hurdle to solve - Who pays for it? Most third-world governments can not afford the system, or local corruption depletes available funds.

None-the-less, many were installed. Parts of Indonesia gained authorization for small village hut installation with just enough power to operate a light or small television for maybe four hours each night. The results were remarkable; better birth control having alternate diversions, better education with light for reading, and lower social disruptions.

Potable water is the foremost critical area to address. Even small Monyoe pumps powered by a small photovoltaic array became a lifeline to persons and livestock. Of course, those significant efforts and projects ended with the crash of oil prices in 1986. That period was the 'bow shot' we took as to the control of the middle-east on our economy. Long range planning by our own government was non-existent then, as it is now. We the people must take back the power - and I do not see that as an outcome with either current special interest owned party or candidate, but rather more lip service and PR. Perhaps we do consider one of third parties and their candidates - they are there, but shut out by the media. While I can't see any of them winning, a 25-30% vote of our citizens would send a message to Washington heard around the world; we're taking back control and the do nothing Congress is on notice of loosing their jobs in two years.

Currently, I work on a new generation of ocean ships that go very fast, has up to seven times the fuel economy and proportionately less pollution, green fuels adaptable, and never (ultra-stable) will induce sea-sickness. One application of the HARTH Technology is mobile ocean-based wind ships producing energy and converting it to 'liquid air'. Wind far out at sea is of more and constant, higher velocities than on or near shore. Production is stored on board and Hydro Lance tenders deliver this liquid-air energy to the market economically. Ideal for third-world settings, as land distribution is by existing means as Propane is accomplished today - by trucks and tanks. This new medium is safe (fresh air), non-polluting and can be directly used for refrigeration and in pneumatic motors (driven pumps, generators and appliances).
