Brainstorming About the future of CNG

I know everyone has been posting ideas about how to make CNG more available to the common person. What it comes down to is the demand for one type of fuel and no one fuel has proved its worth. I believe the only way to get CNG to take off is to provide our car manufacturers the incentive to offer conversions to cars @ a discounted rate and to also allow dealerships the ability to sell and distribute natural gas as an offsetting measure to the reduced conversion cost. This would strip away the barrier to having to purchase a new car to accept a renewable fuel and would create instant demand. What ideas does the forum have?
