What can I
do?

Hi Tina,
Thanks for the offer to help. A couple of things that can be done but what would be a big help is getting a list of email addresses for all of our elected representatives at the state and federal levels. I know all the federal congressmen (Rep Shuler, Sens. Dole and Burr) have websites with contact information, but I am not sure if they publish email addresses. If they do great, if not and you have to go to their website, then get that address. So we need to start there and find everyone at the state level too. I guess you could go to the NC governor's web page and search for the state senators and state representatives too. It may be that someone has already compiled that list. Perhaps searching for a completed list is a simple Google search.
Is this something you think you could tackle and be interested in doing?

Thanks
Jason

Jason, I need to know what the Production Tax Credit is before I can express my opinion or vote. Please respond. Thanks, Roland Conrad, Jr.

Hi Roland.
NC State has a great website that explains this very well. It is called the "Database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency" or "DSIRE" for short. Youca cut and paste the website address below to get to their site.
