My partner Mike and I live on, and own, 18+ acres up the side of Spring Mountain in Fairview. When there is wind, we are in its tunnel. We wish to have installed as many wind turbines on our property as may be possible. Surely, given our location, but a very small fraction of what would be produced would go to us. How do we go about selling this opportunity to a local utility?

The future is "syn-gas" technology! Our company has been in the business of researching and developing synthetic gas and fuels for over 10 years with Pearson Technology, Inc. and Pearson BioEnergy, Inc. We are the developers and distributors of proven technology that produces “green energy” to fuel power plants and other industrial facilities.

We have the technology and low cost process for producing synthetic gas (“syn-gas”) with no greenhouse gas emissions. This "syn-gas" can be converted to produce other fuels including "syn-diesel" and "syn-gasoline" from a variety of biomass, or other carbon based organic materials and wastes, including grasses, forest by-products and agriculture waste, urban construction waste, wood waste, cattle and poultry waste, municipal waste, and much more.

With today’s urgent economic need for biomass-driven energy, it is our goal to provide the technology and process to produce fuel for power plants and other industrial facilities in areas where biomass is plentiful. Through our technology, we can manufacture synthetic gas/diesel and ethanol from biomass using a thermo-chemical steam reforming and catalytic conversion process.

The flexibility of our process in using a wide variety of feed stocks enables the thermo-chemical production of fuel ethanol while simultaneously solving the problem of incineration of biomass wastes.

Fischer-Tropsch facilities made idle by the high cost of natural gas can be converted to ethanol production with the expenditure of reasonable amounts of capital to retrofit them. Check out our technology as demonstrated at the Gulf Coast Energy, Inc. demonstration plant in Livingston, AL. Their website is www.gulfcoastenergy.net.

Bring "syn-gas" technology to your state, region or company.

Join us at Carbon Neutral as we move forward with our plans to Flip a City.

Vacant Buildings - Holyoke

Download the pdf (4 MB) and get a sense of where we have to start.

Then watch us grow and implement a plan to install grid tied solar pv systems on all rooftops, and most importantly, bring an entire City back to life as Carbon Free as possible.

The natural forces that we live with are numerous. Temperature differentials, the moon's gravitational pull, air pressure differentials, the earth's gravitational pull, the earth's electro-magnetic field, molecular decomposition and fission (entropy), fusion, and of course solar radiation. Isn't it about time that we started focusing on alternatives to molecular and atomic decomposition. Do we really have to destroy our environment in our effort to improve our environment? When will logic prevail on a national level?

I live in Burnsville 30 miles from Asheville. I wopuld be interested in info about trying to set up a personal wind generator on my three acres.

Hi folks,
While the national effort is getting organized, let's see what we can do to get started and be ready when we are asked to do specific tasks to support the national effort . I am going to start a discussion forum "Let's Get Started". If you are interested in helping please read that and feel free to offer additional suggestions. I will begin to compile all suggestion into a single document and we will address them together and fold them into our plan.

Thanks for reading and helping.

Hey Folks,

Thanks for taking the lead and creating a group. This is exactly what we are going to need to sustain this campaign and realize its goals.

My name's Brett and I'm the Director of Online Organizing for PickensPlan. I want to be as helpful as possible in making this group work for you, and coordinating with the rest of the campaign.

Here's a link to a discussion on tips for a successful group:

That's a great place to start. Also, feel free to send me a message at Brett@PickensPlan.com at any time. Let me know what I can do to help you out in the coming days and weeks. I look forward to working with you.

Brett.

As a student at ASU I watched the construction of a wind generator on a local peak from my dorm window. I hoped that by now we would be using this technology to provide power to our homes. I hope I can do something to help this effort.
