I was self employed in business, sales and management for over 30 years, then I heard I could get rich as a teacher. :) I teach math, mainly Algebra 1. My 3 year average SOL (Virginia's End of Course Exam) is 95%.

A community is like the body. There are specialized parts. We need head, eyes, ears, etc. But remember, when the body parts argued who should be in charge, the butt hold closed up tight, all the rest stop working correctly, so the body decided the butt hole could be in charge. So, to be in charge, you need only to be an A Hole.

Seriously, to be an effective group, we need financial specialists, sales, fabricators, finance specialists, thinkers, scientists, and of course the village fool, or perhaps I can fill that roll.

I like you Joe you make me laugh and that is a good thing. I know you wasent tring to be negative. No harm done.

I bet you are a great Teacher :o}

So to make a long story short, Why reinvent the wheel use someone elses ground work. Very Simple. All we need is some who has been there and done it that is willing to help us get it set up. As far as Funding unless you are a grant writer which im not, We can Fund it our self. The Government will help us but only on their terms, I guess this is why I have been self employed for thrity years, I call the shots for me and my family not the government.


I hope we don't need a complicated plan like the IRS Code.
Did you know the IRS code is 65 thousand 500 and some odd pages long. I Don't know any one that has read it & understands it.
