YOUR OWN CHAIN OF ENERGY CONSERVATION SOLAR GENERATION STORES

After you do this sort of thing, oh twenty times or so, it's not really that hard to layout an operation
to maximize space and keep your overhead down.

This 2500 sq.ft. operation above serves as a retail store, live system demos, sales and lead
generation & management office, meeting room, seminar meeting room. Would work in
most strip centers. Now 5,000 sq ft would be better, if you had or could put in a roll up door
in the back, on concrete to park install trucks, and except equipment orders. A store like that
could service upto 5 maybe even 10 smaller satellite (solar conservation) stores. I guess
that means you now own a chain. I've done it in a year. 13 stores, in the right thing, at the
right time.

Like solar in California right now....imagine, $45,000 residential customer sale, electric,
hot water and space heating and cooling system installed. 30% of the cost rebated in
60 days or less. 35% federal tax credit and no utiltity bills to pay again...ever.

Just a monthly lease payment and at the end $1 dollar buys out the system.

This is better than stock, a 401K, a rental or investment property. Maybe better than investing
in gold, because your investing in your future and safety, comfort and security against a bill
your utiltity bill, that is sure to go up. Studies project a system's market value worth at about $20,000 for each annual $1,000 in savings. With rising cost, a system put in now, can
actually be worth more than 100% it's investment, 10 years from the install. That sure does
not happen with a Hummer purchase.

Wind Solar Energy Commercial Leasing and I actually got new members
and contacts and even a solar referral in Arizona. Contact from Oregon
fellow that just installed wind for a friend, says he does not believe in plan.
Well if you don't ever look at any of it, I guess you might find it hard to believe
in.

Many don't agree with the natural gas plan for American trucks and cars. I personally, think it is a viable option for the short term....Just my feelings on it.

retailers are on the hunt for renewabe energy marketers, designers, engineers, sales
consultants, operations managers, lead developement people and installers.

I counted no less than 30 positions yesterday I felt I had the experience to apply for.

I sent off a brief marketing plan showing how a 5 man crew could market nearly
$1 million a month, canvessing California neighborhoods. This plan was emailed to what I feel are two of the most agressive solar marketers in the state.

Will they consider my plan, yes briefly, will they institute it into their existing PV sale
and installation efforts? Doubtful.

With nearly 30 years and millions of dollars of sales in home insulation, wholehouse fans, ceiling fans, attic fans, lighting, caulking, weatherstripping, window coverings,
storm windows, replacement vinyl windows, waterheater blankets, low flow shower heads, domestic solar hot water heating, solar thermal space heating, spa X
solar heating, pool heating and solar PV sales and installations, representing several
thousand CA state installations and projects, both residential and commercial, single family and multi-family units, 30 years of marketing, selling and installing
conservation first , just does not make sense to the blow and go PV sales companies.

I pray they will listen, but it's just too tempting to come in, do the basic required energy audit, which is admittedly nothing, show the rebates and ultilty savings,
finance and install the next job and move on.

This approach is wrong, in so many ways. I know here, I'm blogging to the choir and
I really should get on my shop box and use any influence I might think I have, and
try to change things in the market-place. But you know, I feel rather than waste my
time and efforts, trying to convince the unwashed the error of their ways, Why not just
show them the strength of my own marketing plan...SIMPLE AS 1, 2, 3.

I need some investment capital.

I can get my efforts off the ground here in Northern Ca for about $25,000, but I want $50,000 to insure a 90 day, 5 member, lead development, canvass and sales effort. Its worth a 10% stake in membership LLC ownership, plus a 10% return on what historically been over 25% pretax profit.

This investment, the first $25K will be totally secured within the first 30 days of sales
by pending jobs, and rebates. The second $25K needed 30 days later will be fully secured within 60 days.

I told you several months ago, My background and my interest are what I know...that's conservation, solar generation, DHW and Electric, and now Non-food Bio fuels.

They have been suppressed in their efforts for 27 years by Big Oil , Utility companies , Major corporate entities and the Government .

G.E. has been paying $200,000 annually for over a decade to a character assassin to discourage the accumulation of the needed " witnesses " to the demonstrations . This will be overcome during the 4th quarter of this year and these demonstrations will indeed occur on July 10,2009 .

In the meantime they acquired the Worldwide marketing rights to automotive technologies that is already making a dent in the reduction of fossil fuel for the transportation industry . There will be a press release regarding a joint venture with a member of the BIG 3 American auto manufacturers on the 15th - in 9 days .
This will revolutionize the auto industry and provide the bridge needed until permanent solutions can be developed . Why did this BIG 3 member elect to get involved after so many years of being a party to the suppressions ? Because they are on the verge of bankruptcy !! All three of them are .

How is the Government involved in the suppressions ? The EPA has been sitting on the application for approval of phase #2 of the automotive technologies since November for no good reason . They should have tested long ago . It either works or it doesn't !!

It's going to be up to the people to make it happen and it is . Over 7,000 phase #1 have been installed with an average reduction of gasoline consumption of 50% . A reduction of 25% will free us from all imports from the Middle East . This will keep at least $500 billion here in America . The manufacturing of these technologies will be done here .
