Share 'Who's Got Gas?'

I vaguely remember when G.W. Bush was in the White House and gas was teetering on $3 bucks a gallon. You would have thought that President Bush was hoarding all the gas on his Crawford Texas farm. Every time I turned on a TV, there it was; G.W. Bush, in bed with big oil. It has got to be this that is causing gas prices to rise. It turned out to be a much simpler force in action in the fuel market…
