This is a drawing I made using the AutoCAD2009 program which saved in 2007 format in DWG, and DWF formats of that program so I saved a image to JPG myself which was all I needed to show the Floor Plan of a Five Story Fabrication Component Center Manufacturing Plant. There are many more things I wish to draw to describe this Foundation to clear up the questions anyone has so check with me later about it. The Five Story Fabrication Component Center should take about one and a half years to build and organize, meanwhile there needs to be a effort made towards consideration of Conversion Facilities within every state as possible, My Calculations were based on a 30 state scenario and there should be more capable than that. My Project provides more vehicles than a government plan as shown in My Calculations which is being depreciated by Automakers.

I really did not like the program, since I have installed Google SketchUp 7.0.8660 which is free of course. I will post what I can soon.

The Metal Smelting Complex will be nearby and the Housing Unit Complex which is a Circular Array of Single Housing Units where a Single Employee lives for free and both these have Tunnel Access to the Fabrication Component Center Manufacturing Plant, a Railroad Service Track will provide for incoming and outgoing shipments, eighteen wheelers will have access near the Service Elevator.

What makes this facility unique is the fact that a Rotating Conveyor is inside the outer Hallway with the stairs and has a Central Conveyor that surrounds the Central Storage Structure which is also five stories high. The potential of course is Partnerships that would agree to occupy a floor and provide component products needed in the manufacturing process and to help in automation and they can bring their own machines and work their own employees with the premise they can provide a few jobs for trainees employed via a College or University Grant.
