Do you have any suggestions regarding quality, cost, etc. of photovoltaic panels as well as resources of information such as good websites? In terms of efficiency and cost savings are photovoltaic cells better than just heat transfer panels that preheat hot water before it goes into a gas or electric water heater to save energy. Thanks.
