Transportation is the Keystone of our economy. There is a mathematician that won the Nobel Prize for managing scarcity and having the whole population benefit. From significant research and practical analysis, UCLA Berkeley has invited me to participate in their transportation center. I would like to apply for a USAID Grant Fellowship. To build thousands of "Community Transportation Systems Packages" 500 systems with (100) 15 passenger shuttles would produce between $3-5 Billion of capital expenditure for vehicles alone. The Systems Packages would provide service to 100 clients in a 5 hour period and the same on their way home ultimately serving 24 hours a day to include hospitals and colleges.

I would like to meet with you personally to discuss how we may be helpful in getting either Ford or Chrysler off of their asses.

Some things to imagine are communities where 3-6,000 clients each, are able to save an average of $10,000 a year for their families and in their communities. Recently I was complemented for my Transportation grant application to the Central Mass. MPO. The compliments that I received where I was extremely intelligent, presented well thought out premises and solutions, producing editorial comments, not being PC (politically correct), and being a Zealot for the cause of Transportation innovation, combining Shareholding ownership, COOP membership and Client Union Advocacy. I would like to shoot much higher to achieving a Fellowship at UCLA Berkeley funded by USAID. This grant is to spread our [Transportation] goodwill throughout the world combining all of our jurisprudence, capitalism, community fellowship, and plain common sense.

What do you want to do to help?

Establish "Community Transportation Systems Packages that can be reproduced and sold anywhere. It would help to save energy directly and reduce external government costs associated with defense of our oil supply, pain and suffering, pollution etc.

Being a little set in my ways and after receiving a redacted world resources assessment from the Carter Administration over 30 years ago reality is not to be dismissed. There are not enough resources in the world to put 500,000 cars on the road in China per month for example. I have a 1:100 solution to our transportation desires and the public is now aware that 2 income families just cannot afford to drive relatively new cars to and from work and have to replace them much sooner than usual. The automotive industry wants 15 million cars to go to the shredder each year to keep themselves producing. Those resources are being squandered with 1,000 pounds of various steel alloys being recovered as pig iron being shipped to Asia as cheap as can be, and 500 pounds of fluff going to the landfill. This simply cannot continue.

I would like to work together in solving our transportation needs from the perspective of Now, the Transition process, Systems reproduction and the Long Haul view that has everyone jumping out of their seats desiring particular functions to make their lifestyle more convenient. Where are the people and corporations that can sign checks to make this happen? Capitol is cheap compared to the results that can be achieved from rational present day technologies.

TRANSPORTATION is the master key to basic survival, and the cornerstone of the economy. We all know that transportation presently depends on oil production, and oil production is peaking. We must focus first on transportation – it is the highest priority. The PickensPlan to transition vehicles to natural gas is a great start toward 100% energy independence, but is a stop-gap measure till we can transition to all electric transportation. Electric energy is strained without adding transportation demands; so we must drastically improve efficiency .
