Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:: I live in the Central Valley of CA and have often driven by the wind farms on the Altamont Pass. It's a spectacular site, using arid land that can't be developed. I'm a disabled senior, living on a fixed income. I'm also a publlished writer and enjoying the networking with the PickensPlan.

What excites you about this campaign?: That someone is doing something and has the resources to advertise and buy time on TV stations, etc. It's wonderful to be excited about something again!

What do you want to do to help?: One voice tells another and another and change will happen. I'll help in anyway I can.

welcome! I know what it is like to be on a fixed income, I too am on Social Security. The last thing I heard on my U.S. Senators website and newsletter was that they are fighting very hard to get the checks rolling for us again this year. Also they are talking about an increase over what we got last year. This is certainly not a for sure thing but I think it is likely to happen. I didn't mess around this year and I highly suggest you not either. I put in for mine last month even though it is not for sure. I suggest you do the same, that way you can be one of the first to get it. Again welcome and hang in there.

I like your suggestion about the billboard, that is just a great idea. I knew about the CA wind farms, would to love to see them again. Every time I go by a wind turbine farm I get to excited.

I am not active these days on PP. However, it is so wonderful to see so many of Mr. Pickens ideas being talk about by President Obama and other officals.

If you get petitions signed watch the names. We were asked to deliver that big petitions before the election...many made up names, many too dirty I blushed.
