Hi Annie, I live near Latah WA 99018. Look at Tekoa Mtn in 99033. I live at the base just 1/4 mile north west. A great place to add 2 mega generators. There is a trunk line going to California at the base of the mtn. It would be easy to add to the trunk line with additional power.
Thanks for your leadership.

Annie, you say you are a beginner, self-taught, open to suggestions... I just found this site and I've been using it as a forum for discussion and education.

You dont have to be a billionaire who is building wind farms to make a difference... there are plenty of ways we can all reduce our energy use (and therefore our oil consumption) on an individual basis... these small solutions will help lower your electric bill, increase your gas mileage, and improve your health as well... I posted a blog on the subject, if you get a chence check it out and let me know what you think. http://push.pickensplan.com/forum/topic/show?id=2187034%3ATopic%3A193424

Washington need to changes it net metering requirement to support 2 MW installation for small and large business. In addition is FITs cap of $2000 per home is way to low. If you areoing to have FITS ( Feed-in rates Triaff) it is necessary to make like the Germany has them for has 55% of world solar and wind installed.
