Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
My Husband works for Granite Inc. and is involved with the Retro Work being done to upgrade Wind Turbines. We have always been interested in alternative fuels and its uses, and hope to have a personal wind turbine on our property someday.
What excites you about this campaign?
I am pleased to see that someone( and our society being what it is, someone with the financial where-with-all) is taking the plunge and putting a real and viable alternative to Foreign oil out there. No, there is no "quick fix" but with the drive and determination, and the backing of American Tax payers and voters, its a viable change that will impact our lives, that of our children and ultimately, our Earth.
What do you want to do to help?
I want to share the plan, encourage others to realize that this is something that is not only viable, but something that can be utilized now even where I live. My town, is a perfect choice for wind farms. We get wind here daily, as we are at the base of a natural wind funnel and our surrounding areas are windy as well. Why we haven't checked into the use of Wind in this area, I do not know, but I have been encouraging its use, and championing its cause to all that I can get to listen.

I have googled that project and can't find any information. I would very much like to visit it in the very near future. Can you provide contact details?
We have 5000 acrest near Torrington and are trying to find a cost effective wind survey. do you have any info on that?
Hi April. Thank you for getting involved. Please encourage those you know to support our movement. If you would please consider joining the Las Vegas Energy & Light Group or one of interest to you. Thanks again, Patrick.
