- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- Not much, all I've really done are debates on the pros vs. cons of the oil industry. Normally the sponsors of our school debate programs are oil companies looking for some positive PR. What they really need to do is listen to some of the debates, because there really is some brilliant stuff that goes into them.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- What excites me is the fact that it is one of the largest of its kind. Finally someone who isn't just an old fraud is trying to get people's attention. Pickens' past experience, and his source of personal wealth is really going to attract the attention of the normal American.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I have set up a website for a youth conservation board that I joined (www.opt4green.org), and I am hoping to spread Pikens' call to action through my own writing, and young people across America. Pickens can attract people his way, but the real voice of America is in it's youth.
I have been trying to affect people through my writing, and T Boone Pickens was able to inspire me to do more than just write school reports, and debate. I also do photography, and graphic design, and I hope to be able to the talents I have to change the world, even if it is in a minor way.

My time is quite tight but I would like to be in the Utah Army and contribute any way I can. I think I can gain access to Senators and Congressmen on a personal level. I can speak to the building practices and the practicality of getting the Pickens agenda across. Let me know what you think.

I would like to invite you to send this letter to your congressional delegation. In contains the Pickens plan and some other important legislation for all our benefits. Mrs. Grey and myself had fun developing this plan and we shared this plan with Pickens' people and they sent a "Great Idea!” I just want to share you our opportunity to make a difference.
