- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- Very interested in biocellular sources for cars such as switchgrass and other agr. sources and wind energy. I have always been interested in solar energy. Conservation of resourses alway made good economic sense.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- It is comforting to know others share the same views about the oil addiction and how it has compromised our national security.
I too want the best for our country's resources, which includes our people and our land. I want this country to be out from under the hold of oil addiction with the freedom of other energy sources.
The time is now for our sake and our children's sake. I know we can do this. Our parents and grandparents survived the depression and WWII and we owe it to them to rise to this challenge.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I would love to work in the wind field and I would like to help change our politicians' mind. But, I don't want to wait for the politicians. I want to help private enterprise.

You wrote to me back in July... "we need to do this for the sake of our children!... " Boy, how right you are! Can you pitch in just a bit to help push this over the line!?
I hope you are still here, you were one of the first folks I met back in July, when we were just a little tadpole. We have come so far.... hope you can help turn us into a shark!
Our new Congress is sworn in less than 10 days from now - they must be told loud and clear that we demand their action to reduce our dependance on foreign oil! The threat of political suicide, if they do not, is the only language of action.
WE CAN DO THIS. We need your help. THERE IS NO INFLUENCE WITHOUT NUMBERS!

We need to keep our eye on the goal. Please get 10 signed pledges faxed in today. As Thomas Friedman states (DAILY PICKENS) only a loud and large grass roots effort will force Washington into action. The Gang of 20 has said the same thing. THE ONLY WAY TO GET A CHANGE IN AMERICAN ENERGY POLICY IS TO BUILD THIS HISTORICAL EFFORT TO UNIGNORABLE HEIGHTS. The clock is ticking- less than 75 days until INAUGURATION DAY. We must concentrate on the job at hand. PLEASE GET 10 today.

I saw that you are from Overland Park. Would that be the OP, KS area? Just asking because I live south of the Grandview, MO area, actually a lot south. I live on a small acreage in Butler and commute back and forth to Raytown every day. I can't tell you how fed up I am with the gas prices and the fact that we are so dependent on foriegn oil.
I am also very interested in the wind generation area and would very much like to some how acquire government funding to have as many generators as possible, placed on my property.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi to one of my neighbors!
