- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- My husband works for the geothermal industry along the Salton Sea basin in Imperial Valley in California. These power plants are situated in hotspots near and above the San Andreas fault and have been producing energy in this region for over 25 years. I have no personal experience with alternative energy, however I have seen that there are other alternatives to foreign fuel sources and I am a concerned American who thinks that we need to change our future energy needs now.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The fact that this seasoned veteran of the energy industry has a viable plan complete with directions, formulated to exact change from within, to help this country get back on its feet globaly. I believe its a plan we can trust and participate in. I am certain that this generation of American's can also learn something about coming together for a unifying cause as countless generations of Americans have done in the past. We must keep in mind that a house divided cannot stand.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I would like to help by informing other Americans of this plan by organizing others in this great effort. I am an extremely effective communicator as, I work as an English/Spanish interpreter and know that I could make a difference within the Spanish speaking community, as well as the community as a whole. We live in the information age, it would benefit us greatly to use information to our best advantage for the good of our nation at this time.
