William Jacabacci CPE. With over 30 Years experience in the construction industry including construction management of high-tech energy facilities, high-end office facilities, retail shopping centers and heavy industrial projects. Mr. Jacabacci has a wealth of out-of-ground and specialty project experience. His projects range from Commercial – Industrial Facilities to Retail Shopping Centers, from Corporate Office Buildings to Medical Facilities to Major Shopping Malls. Mr. Jacabacci has a wealth of experience in the Private Construction markets as well as Public – Federal Government Projects. Mr. Jacabacci possesses a high degree of expertise in Construction Cost Consulting and has personally performed Capital Reserve Studies, Property Cost Segregation Studies, Conceptual Construction Estimates, Construction Cost Analysis, Building Inspections and Construction Defect Analysis.
Some of the more notable projects include,
• A major subcontractor on projects such as 50 million Dollar renovation of the CT. Post Mall in Milford CT, 6 Million Dollar Tenant fit-up AIG Westport CT,
• Energy Efficient Retrofit Contract at the United States Capitol, House, Senate and Library of Congress Buildings in Washington DC.
• Construction of a 3300 ton Chiller plant upgrade at the largest postal facility in the world International and Bulk Mail Center Jersey City NJ,
• Energy Systems Upgrade including new Chiller Plants, Control Systems, Mechanical Infrastructure Replacement in a 25 Story and 30 Story Office building in Atlanta GA.
• Over 1 Million SF of Office Fit up / Renovations
• 70,000 SF Ground up Shopping center, reclaiming an Environmental brown field industrial site in North Haven CT.

Mr. Jacabacci has personally managed major construction projects in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, and Washington DC.
