Google my name. I have been what many regard as a visionary in this venue. I began the Cape Wind project, and have been writing about, talking about and trying to do something about this issue for two decades. The crisis we are in was inevitable, even though it was invisible to many for the past 20 years. Now is the time and we musty be the one to do it!
What excites you about this campaign?
The vision!
What do you want to do to help?
Everything, innovate the appropriate technology, implement the plan, develop the resources and reclaim our future.

Brian, I like your ideas! I have done quite a little work on wave and current power extraction technologies, as well as research on suitable off-shore sites for DC current-grown artificial reef-based island communities, and even free-sailing islands made with the same technology. With 8 Billion hungry mouths on the way and the seas rising, we need to make the water our home and stop it being treated like a sewer for urban societies!
I am looking for micro wind companies with a track record ( not easy to find ) that I can invest in, any leads would be greatly appreciated.
I have found one in N. Dakota
Promana ticker PSLU did a reverse split and its assets were taken over via a merger by Crownbutte Wind Power on July 31st 2008, Crownbutte board replaced Promana board July 31st 2008
Crownbutte completed a private placement Aug 1st 2008 to build, own
and operate an approved 200 megawatt wind project with 134 turbines in
southwestern North Dakota estimated cost to build $30,000,000.
Project value upon completion and before tax credits is $50,000,000.
CBWP has been consulting for and building wind power farms in North
Dakota since 1999.

Stock in new entity is available ticker CBWP now.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Hi Brian,
I live over on Salten Point(Barnstable Harbor) and have a flagpole that was there when I bought the house. I just think how great it wuold be to have a windmill instead. I called the building dept. but couldn't get a straight answer at the time. Noone knew anything. Do you know if I can get a permit? My neighbors might protest but who cares. Looking out over the marsh in front of my house a hundred years ago you would seen tons of windmills pumping sea water into the salt works. Nothing new on Cape Cod.

I hope you can help us make a future for our children.
Hi Brian. I was a DY classmate of your brother. Good to see that SOMEBODY on the Cape has some common sense, unlike your senior senator from MA. The windfarm that is proposed off-shore could solve a bunch of problems. I left the Cape 30 years ago, and moved to NH. I have always, until recently, used wood or biomass to heat my home. I now use propane--the ROI is better than wood right now, and there is less environmental impact. In any case, keep up the good work. Bob Close, New Ipswich, NH.
