Have been interested in going GREEN for awhile. I have done on the usual things, changing bulbs, recycling, etc. For 30 years I was in management of Campbell 66 Express, a freight company that is now closed. I know what the price of diesel does for the prices of freight. After I retired from Campbell 66, I drove a school bus for 10 years, 2 of those years my bus ran on natural gas.

What excites you about this campaign?

The fact that there is a proposal to get something done after all these years.

What do you want to do to help?

We are doing PickensPlan as a team, myself and wife..Linda C.

Mainly I want to get the message out to drive slower and wisely.

It is with great interest that I watch the unfolding of the energy crisis that we now face in this country and it is no surprise to me that out of this chaos comes an oilman, namely T. Boone Pickens, to offer a way to solve this debacle. My wife and I have just returned from Topeka, Kansas where last Wednesday we attended Mr. Pickens' first town hall meeting to hear his plan.
