Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

minimal, a fair amount of study, no hands-on as yet, but my next house will be purchased with alternate fuel very much in mind.

What excites you about this campaign?

I see a way to prod the politicians into action which is needed NOW. To my knowledge, neither of the two men running for president have said word one about the problem.
We won WWII by outproducing the enemy, and we can do the same, but we must start NOW. We need the same National will to get this done as we did during the war, because, like it or not, this is a war on energy dependence, and it is tearing us and our dollar apart.

What do you want to do to help?

I will spread the word thru e-mail contacts I have. I have already been speaking to those I really care about regarding our oil-poor future, and what that will mean to them...

My point is this-I don't care if we need ten time this many, let's start with unit number one, and continue until we have built enough. Electricity is the fuel of the future, and the future is NOW.
During WWII, we built our way to victory then, and we must do it again, because the very underpinnings of our society depend on it.
