Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:: Regional Director for Eco-$mart Inc. and am absolutely appalled by the politization and complete lack of forsight and leadership by the Federal and State Government in regard to the largest crisis our country has ever faced, a comprehensive energy policy that moves the country to energy independence within 10 years and sustainability with in 30 years.

What excites you about this campaign?: Someone with standing, money, prestige and not easily marginalized is putting not only his mouth but his money on the line. Especially an oil patch wildcatter like T Boone. He may be "one of them", but he is shooting straight with defining the situation in a realitively comprehensive way.

TRANSPORTATION is the master key to basic survival, and the cornerstone of the economy. We all know that transportation presently depends on oil production, and oil production is peaking. We must focus first on transportation – it is the highest priority. The PickensPlan to transition vehicles to natural gas is a great start toward 100% energy independence, but is a stop-gap measure till we can transition to all electric transportation. Electric energy is strained without adding transportation demands; so we must drastically improve efficiency .
