Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
Just learning about all the possibilities... started by changing all my light bulbs to energy eff. and my next car will be a hybrid.
What excites you about this campaign?
America MUST become energy self-sufficient ASAP, and ruining our wildlands with more oil drilling isn't a good idea.
Hopefully, via the Pickens Plan, we can unite and force our leadership to do the right and necessary thing - now!

Hi Chandra

Glad you are open to ideas! Here's one...

We need your help with the Pledge Push! We can only get this plan done with HUGE numbers. Please download some pledges, get them signed and fax them back to the 888# at the bottom of the page. We eat the apple one bite at a time. Collect a few every day, and in no time you will have 100. We would be thrilled to have you in the 100CLUB. ARE YOU IN?

Please get your elected leaders to sign, as well. A two pronged offense can not fail!

Best
Kim

Also, please congratulate Karen Nardella and Craig Savage for completing the task! You should read how they did it on the 100CLUB GROUP page - http://push.pickensplan.com/group/100pledgeclub

Hi Chandra, Not sure how this works on the Pickens Plan's website so I'll just say hi! I feel it's definitely time to reduce our dependence on foreign energy and it seemed to me that the government was dragging their feet on this issue, leaving it to private citizens to solve, hence when the Pickens Plan showed up it got my support. As you can see from the photo I and my brother own a boat that we keep in Mexico. Great way to escape from the cold and foggy winters in GP. For the last three years we have used solar power, four 65 watt panels, to provide all our electrical needs while using the boat during the six winter months cruising Baja. And we don't give up much over life on land either, we have a refrigerator, freezer, make our own water, run our computers and radios, etc. Next year we plan on heading to the South Pacific which will be an even better test of the solar system.

Regards, Steve
