Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

I don't have any experience at all, except for building a small hydrogen generator for my personal truck. It increased my mileage by 4mpg. Not a big boost but it saves me about $ 20.00 a fill-up.

What excites you about this campaign?

My excitement stems from my love for this country. Recently we celebrated Independence Day ( My birthday )and as we Americans ate hotdogs and apple pie and shot fireworks and waived our flag, It hit me like a ton of bricks. We are not independent!! We are more dependent on other countries today than we were back in the 1700's.I want so badly, for us as a nation to stand up and say enough!! I believe that we have all the natural resources in this country not only to survive but to thrive and become energy independent. My hope is that through the efforts like PickensPlan and others like it we as a nation can declare Independence once again!

Anything within my time and personal resources to help organize and educate others in my area.
