THE FAILING OF THE PICKINS PLAN
I FIND THE PICKENS PLAN A GREAT CONCEPT FOR TALKING BUT A DISMAL FAILURE FOR ACTION. AS FAR AS I KNOW NOT EVEN 1% OF THE MEMBERSHIP HAS MADE AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THEIR ELECTRIC POWER BILL BY 25% TO 50%. THAT WOULD HAVE SAID SO MUCH MORE. I WOULD HAVE HAD SO MUCH MORE RESPECT FOR AN ORGANIZATION THAT TOOK ACTION TO LOWER THEIR CARBON FOOT PRINT.

I honestly don't believe there is anyone that shares the passion for Alternative Energy that I do......For over 18yrs I have worked to keep hope alive in Sustainable Renewable Energy. Touting Solar, Wind and
Tidal-Flow (Hydrokinetic) Energy on one Platform offshore. Just to name one.
In the early 90's as ceo for Solar Cells Inc. The then Gov. Lawton Chiles and I co-authored the Co-Generation Legislation that Fla immediately adopted as did 23 other States.
Which have become the Net-metering Laws of today.
Later Lawton went a step further by mandating in to Law all State office buildings were to have a 12 to 15 percent reduction in energy consumption by 1995.
To reach this goal I was dealt the task of planning to outfit all State Office Buildings with co-gen PV. And my Corporation held the very first commercial co-generation agreement with Fla Light and Power, Jupiter Fla.
This was later to become the platform for President Clinton’s
Million Roof Initiatives for all Federal Office Buildings in 1998.
Putting my life’s savings, my blood, sweat and almost $2,420,000
Into keeping HOPE Alive in the Alternative Energy Arena.

Entire subdivisions of low-cost Modular with little to no electric bill that retail from $79,900 to $159,900 680sq 2/1 to 1380sq 3/2 .
Meets the need for low-cost housing and helps over Stressed Grid during PEAK_USAGE hrs. As these subdivisions go on-line they will act as virtual mini-generating stations. With all overage sold back to
Grid and retained by ATI inc. (built in residual)
This is why I have touted the Hybrid (Solar, Wind &Tidal-Flow) systems for over 18yrs.
Solar by it's self is not that cost effective, yet (needs more Federal R&D money and it will).
Concentration is the only stand alone solar that is, but way to expensive for residential application.
So now I am on the edge of what could very well be the next Giant Leap forward in the Alternative Energy Arena…
AND IT IS A HYBRID…..what I have been saying for all these years.
My new Patent pending recirculating generator will lower cost of solar generation by 60%.
The RC-GEN will retail for around 2000.00USD
and @ 1.7KW per Hr.
It runs on 2-200watt per hour solar panels that cost 1000.00USD each.
Now Here's the skinny...
10-200watt PV Panels@$1000.00USD ea = $10,000.00USD
Output 1.7 to 1.9 kilowatt per hour.
The RC-GEN uses 2 PV panels to power the dc motor to recirculate
the Ethel Glycol (anti-Freeze) for colder climate installation.
2-200watt PV = $2000.00USD + $2000.00USD for RC_GEN
= $4000.00USD out put 1.7kw per hour.
Savings of $6,000USD over Solar Panels alone.
This is a 60% reduction of cost for a solar power system….
The best system is combine the two and still spend $10,000.00USD
With output now @ almost 4 kilowatt per hour…..
What we need is an angel Investor of $250,000USD
To get this up and running to build two new prototypes
One with the dc pump ran by PV panels and Sunlight
And last but by no means least
One ran by a natural flowing water source tidal-flow
20hours a day it is moving…
I moved back to South Ga. For more than one reason
The demographic for my Target Customer is between Hilton Head Is. SC And St Augustine Fla. 250 miles of coastline.
Land owners with either a swimming pool or tidal creek in their back yard.
You see the RC-GEN can run on any flowing source of water
Back yard docks in tidal creeks… (Mini-hybrid version of offshore prototype).
Be it Man made or Natural flowing so the potential for this little Giant
And it’s Applications just keep growing exponentially.
Falling water say from MUNICIPAL WATER TOWERS, pumped water
In giant AC systems on and on…
Any form of moving water……
We need an Angel Investor with 250KUS….
So we must act post hast to get this Patented and bring this “little Piggy to the Market”

Ok, so how many springs are on a single trampoline? A lot, right?
So let's say I'm a club owner, or I'm throwing a concert/show of some kind. Why not have each trampoline spring replaced by a spring combined with an electric generator. So you have one trampoline on each side of the stage. You have 2 people on each trampoline and generate power for the lighting or the sound amplification. They could be in a little fenced off area and security could swap out the people every few minutes.
OK, that's how I see it, but kids love trampolines too!
Why can't you do my idea above, but plug it into your batteries being charged by your solar panels. Now your kids are helping out too and they don't even know it. Heck, I'd be out there more than my 3 year old!
Ok, someone take this plan and run with it, and include me somehow. This is an awesome idea for someone who can create a generator/spring combo for trampoline use.
