I think the Pickens Plan is more Designed to get the American people to say to Congress hey were paying you to do the right Job for this country, At the rate Congress is going the Middle Class will no longer be around to give them a Pay Check, Then what will they do let us all collect welfare. Im at risk of losing my home because of them misappropriating my Tax $$$ I say to start with get RID of the IRS www.fairtax.org it very depressing I had to get another Job just to pay Taxes on my First job. McCain even said it himself OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING.
