Free Alternative Energy Available Now !

America Continues to Waste over 70% of the Energy it Consumes.
100's of millions of lights unnecessarily burn during the day and night, over heating and over cooling is the norm, over packaging, inadequate recycling, toxic landfills, horrendous road congestion, and our perverted obsession with road construction. Public and Private buildings, Schools, Churches, Homes, ... America's blatant energy waste and overuse is culturally pervasive, and abominable !

1- ONLY with a substantial and tangible economic reward/consequence will most Americans care to conserve.
Crude oil must be taxed at $200 per barrel and offset by making income tax begin at $60k.
Taxing energy is simple, fair, economically sound, and available TODAY.
2- The American auto industry must quickly transition to the 6.4 BILLION people reason$ to manufacture solar, wind, and other alternative energy producers. They already have the needed infrastructure. Every home and building in the world, could be using solar energy. We are fast running out of fossil fuels !

Humanity is racing toward extinction, via global warming, for our failure to stop our energy waste.
Taxing energy (in lieu of income taxes) is the ONLY incentive that will stop energy waste and cause renewable energy sources to be employed.

Eyermann said…: We build true Zero Energy Lifestyle homes with the latest U.S. Oak Ridge National Lab DBMS report defined "Asymmetrical" ICF system (google that; see Figure 2 type 3 on the Chart 4). It is 246% more energy efficient than a wood/stud wall. Then we add a Geothermal/Solar Radiant energies management system which includes a Fresh Air exchanger instead of a recirculating HVAC unit. Our Technology Demonstrator display home is proposed for a new subdivision that is 100% infrastructure complete and ready for the Zero Energy model-home/sales-office construction. The developers will fund 80% of the total cost of the Technology Demonstrator Display home. We are trying to raise the remaining 20%...about $300K. That is a small "entry fee" to be involved in this $20Mil subdivision project. The developers have two follow-on projects as well, one is a Zero Energy retail/commercial MALL on 7.7 acres. And the other is an entire COMMUNITY with multiple multi-family Townhomes, shopping, services, restaurant, and entertainment structures, an assisted living facility on the Ideas Institute model, and several single family homes. I really and truly live in the high school from which President Clinton graduated. I am disabiled, though not severely, so I have lots of time on my hands. I am good at income taxes, and paperwork and would love to hlep some of our companies apply for some of the federal monies being given away currently to become energy efficient and "green."

In addition to reaching out and recruiting new and current members of our respective districts/regions, I'd like to invite Picken's Plan members to Palomar College, San Marcos,CA on April 22nd, 2009 (Earth Day) for an environmentally themed event. At this event, I would like to organize a body of Picken's Plan, clean & green driven members dedicated to District 49 and surroundiong areas. For 33,000+ students, this will be the first of many events taking place in district 49 that I can personally assure our members.

Anyone interested? I would be able to provide AT LEAST one booth (table, chairs, and possibly canopy) so we can provide information, as well as representation for the Picken's Plan for sustainable and environmentally efficient energy alternatives. However, I feel people should not forget about what they can personally do, besides conservation, about having electric power and other forms of energy.
