Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

Virtually none, but it's encouraging to see someone come forth with an alternative plan, unlike Washington which has no plan and doesn't appear encourage one.

What excites you about this campaign?

Absolutely nothing. No one campaigns on issues that are paramount to the future of this country- reducing energy dependence, the wars in the Middle East, rising unemployment., the lack of education for our children, and generally the decay of our economic infrastructure caused by our becoming a service oriented nation because we no longer produce through manufacturing due to companies outsourcing labor to other countries.

What do you want to do to help?

I'll do what needs to be done. If there is an organized concerted effort to bring about change, I don't know about it. Enlighten me if there is, and I'll provide help and support wherever and whenever it is needed.

YOU CAN HELP BY BRINGING 5 FOLKS TO JOIN the site today, so that we can build a voice big enough that Congress will finally have to listen to us, instead of the lobbyists and special interests, who will certainly try to derail this historic effort.

PLEASE DOWLOAD THE PLEDGE on the main page. Print out 10 or more of them, get them signed and fax them back ASAP. When we are millions strong, we can achieve this.

THERE IS NO TIME TO DELAY
...to wait and see...or to see if someone else will step up to the plate. It is time for US to roll up our sleeves and go to work. Right now momentum is working in our favor, but if gas prices retreat, the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost.

PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONS
We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Write to your Congressman/woman. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.

A GROUP FOR EVERYONE
Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, your city or state, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.

PLEASE FRIEND ME so we can keep in touch. I do updates on new member numbers and help with the pledge petition drive.
