Welcome from the 5th Congressional District Pickens Plan Group. I’m leader of the WA 5th district group, which the Pickens Plan Army has started and has grown. I'm sorry for the delay in getting around to welcoming you locally. The Pickens Plan has gone through reorganization as a result of groups dying. The result is the prosperous groups remain and we've gone to organization through congressional districts.
We will add area groups to benefit non-Spokanites and run by non-Spokanites for the benefit.of out of towners.
