Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I am a financial adviser and have spent a considerable amount of time the past 5 years educating myself to the problem and the solutions!
What excites you about this campaign?
It has the opportunity to gain enough popular support to affect the leadership of this country, which has allowed us to be in the mess we are in today!

There Is No Progress Without Change!

The world is full of great people with drive and ideas to make a difference! The challenge always comes in making the "Long Term" commitment to make that difference. That path can be cleared by our leadership, if we focus on letting them know we won't except anything less than CHANGE!

"The Ascent of Money"

This is a compelling viewpoint from Niall Ferguson, a professor at Harvard and noted author historian. This documentary is currently airing on your local PBS station or go to PBS.org and select it from their list of shows.

At the very least, this presentation of our current financial crisis should allow you to consider the possibility that none of the current economic and financial problems we are currently experiencing are new to mankind. The flow of money globally does influence policy and di… Continue

Hold the Line:

We are on the precipice of a new era in capitalism and democracy. The financial structure we have depended on for nearly eight decades is changing before our very eyes, and the government that attempts to contain those forces is about to take a step in that same direction. The issues and causes that brought about the need for this change are behind us for now, but will raise their ugly heads once again if allowed! We must stay firm in our commitment for change and demand that the future be a bet… Continue

"Saving the Big Three"

Doesn't this current situation create the opportunity to lead these inefficient corporations to economic prosperity by establishing a standard for Energy Independence for America?

What these companies need in the near term is life support, while the upcoming administration and the newly elected Congress finally establish a comprehensive energy plan for the United States! Today is the tipping point in that struggle that has existed since the Nixon administration! A win, win outcome can only come… Continue

Hello David,

I have recently set up a new group specifically for Northwest Arkansas. The idea is for those of us in our area of Arkansas
have a way to suggest new ways to help promote the Pickens Plan to other NWA residents and businesses. We are lucky to have such an economically important area in the country with lots of businesses that could both benefit from and help spread the ideas presented by the plan. This is a brand new group looking for members and contributor's to bring fresh ideas and utilize the ideas presented in the group.

I think if we put our heads together we could come up with something. Educaiton is the foundation for this to become a successful venture. Pehaps we can get together later this month. I will be in Bentonville sometime the week of the 15th.

Lets stay in touch.

I'm just getting started in the process of understanding "The Pickens Plan" and what it means. There is no doubt we have a problem and need a long term, sustainable solution. I have watched Mr. Pickens for years and think he is the right man to push this initiative. Keep me in your loop, I'm interested.

I agree with you that the popular support will move leadership. Congress is so worried about getting re-elected rather than doing what needs to be done. Americans need to start taking responsibility for allowing that.
