I am one of the welcome wagon crew. We are all volunteers. Out of sheer numbers I greet daily I have a paste and copy note.
It is not intended to overwhelm you, just give you a direction and some contacts.
We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to bring to light; (we cannot afford put this on the back burner) again a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.

Find (settings); upper right corner of your page. You can update your profile, change the manner you receive things. You can chose to preview the comments coming your way before it can be viewed by others on your page. You can accept or delete the comment.
Also every time you write a comment; you’ll see a little tiny (symbol) of sort in the upper right corner of that comment or post; you can click on it and delete your note. You can still do it months later;

There is a group for almost everything. The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.
After you have read the sites I mentioned, if you need anything else to help you, while you help the push, please stop by. I am proud to put my efforts towards this cause.

The “Take Action” link was created to help make our collective voice heard. The “Take Action” link is on the top of your screen under the PPlan Box at the top left side. Click and you will see a list of options that will automatically link you to your federal and state representatives and the Governor of your state.
The Pledge-Fax Your Statement!!
Please read, sign, and fax to the number listed at the bottom of the Pledge page. It would be a great help to the Community if you could download the pledge, distribute, and persuade others to sign. The Community feels this is the best way to get the attention of state and federal lawmakers. Kim Anderson has other types of sign-up sheets. This is a great way to let lawmakers know of your interest in the reduction of foreign oil.

The Videos link at the top of your Profile Page contains videos that are a good source of information. The technical videos and amateur videos are varied, so paging back to page one might be the best way to browse. On the other hand, if you would like, simply type key words in the search box.

- Worked 15 years for Northern Indiana Public Service Company.
Installed a 5kw NG generator for automatic standby power at a previos residence.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- Living in Elkhart Indiana, Mr. Obama's showcase for highest National Unemployment figures, I have long thought this to be the perfect opportunity for investors such as Mr. Pickens to utilize the wide choice of abandened factory buildings here and the technology locally to produce CNG fuel Vehicles to directly compete with Detroit's gasoline users. We are located in a perfect spot for this. The magnificent HMMVEE And H2 vehicles are built 3 miles from Me. I know the work force would be here. Honda makes a CNG fueled vehicle and maybe others and Hondas are built nearby near Columbus, Ohio with a O.E.M. supplier in a nearby town from here. So this campaign exites me in this way that I could help in the re-vitalization of this local economy.

- Since I am a laid off RV worker I don't expect to be able to help much financially, but possible Networking capacity.
