Current trend within the building industry from an architects view. I also worked on the remediation side of cleaning up contaminated gas station sites some years back and was amazed at the technology that exists to help us clean up our mess.

What excites you about this campaign?

Changing American's way of looking at energy and it current gross wasteful usage.

What do you want to do to help?

Incorporate new technologies into my designs as an architect

Savings bonds are normally purchased in $25 increments. This gives a way for just about any American to tighten their belts just a bit by skipping a meal at McDonalds or Pizza Hut and buying a renewable energy, RE, savings bond to support a project and save money at the same time for themselves. The plan is to have a minimum of categories for S-Solar, W-Wind, C-COOP. A purchaser would get on the US Treasury web site and purchase one that is for a project that he/she would like to support via credit card or PAYPAL. A different tab would allow tracking of the projects and transparency in accounting as President Obama has promised we will have in his administration. I've faxed and emailed my representative in Congress already and have a copy of a FAX sent to Nancy Pelosi on my Pickens blog along with more details.
