- When I was an engineering aid for ontario county I read the first viability study prepared by the OC planning office.
I am encourging the local council of carpenters traininf facility to devolp plans for training wind & other alternative energy system installers & maintainers.
Union carpenters are uniquelly qualfied as many of us are use to working in high places.
