Profile Information

Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
Today I like to study hybrids and follow the latest trends in energy. It taught me renewable energy resources are possible today. We need the intention of living off renewable resources.
What excites you about this campaign?
It is action in a sea of in-action. It seems to fit the Princeton initiative to build wedges so that CO2 consumed is tackled in pieces that eventually make the difference.

Pick something and learn it well -- then start contributing, like T. Boone Pickens.
What do you want to do to help?
I plan to buy an air car. The American people are speaking with new voices and new choices. It is time for change.

It took 8 weeks to retool the auto companies to produce tanks, jeeps, and weapons in World War II. We need a re-tooling of our automobiles, our grid system, and energy manufacturing. It is finally clear to me that this is not about global warming but about our choices to be good stewards. T. Boone Pickens says, it will take an army to change the minds of Washington -- I hope you join his Army and find how much political clout there is in this collective struggle. We, not politicians, funded the both sides of the war! That is a Pickens' thought to Washington.

When T. Boone Pickens realized we were funding both sides of the war, he came up with a plan and invested his own money. We now have farms of windmills in Texas hooking into their grid. And the North to South great plains corridor is the Saudi Arabia of wind in the entire world ... it could give us 20 percent of all we consume today in electricity ... not counting any other sources. So as a business man he said, lets swap out energy for energy where it is most cost effective. Wind for natural gas which makes driving cheap. Only do it on the trucks which consume 10 percent of our travel. That gives us cheap delivery of goods and takes out 10 percent of our foreign oil consumption. And keep doing deals like that until we whittle it down. Use any and all good ideas is his plan.

He recently ordered 3 billion dollars worth of turbines from an American Company -- General Electric to continue this plan across the Great Plains. We need to support the first energy plan ever created.

That is where I help in this army to contact all my representatives, to help move congress and the President to a better solution. That is where I discovered gems like solar roadways, harvesting hydrogen with the wind off the oceans, and EESTOR batteries that will breathe new life into all electric cars.

It truly is about war -- a war against greed and an infusion of new jobs that will match the change in our service economy. Our service economy for years has been moving in an organic fashion. Now we might begin to catch up on the production and energy side of things. I support:

o A new national grid based on solar
o A new national corridor of wind
o A new national corridor of solar
o A mandate to drive hydrogen, compressed air, electric,
and other renewal energies

I support the emergence of the first economy in the world's history to give back to the land in both production and services. I can see the emergence of a national health standard that includes organic farming up through organic medicine. We need to go back to a national standard of money that invests in a future that earns back what it puts in.

A national grid earns back the money invested. The wind and solar corridors become a source of income for Americans who own the land. The investment connection to the national grid earns money for the homeowners and landowners of the businesses. The idea of oil derricks on our oceans is replaced by large windmills which use electricity to
collect hydrogen on our shores. The energy companies earn a new source of income from our shores. An tanker spilling hydrogen simply produces water, clean up is plugging a hole in the ship.

The need for fossil fuels becomes the need for lubricants which can be replaced by bio-organic material over time. The terrorists begin joining us because they see a society for the first time restoring harmony and peace to the land. Economic freedom and independence requires continued innovation and creativity in all these areas.

Free Alternative Energy Available Now !

America Continues to Waste over 70% of the Energy it Consumes.
100's of millions of lights unnecessarily burn during the day and night, over heating and over cooling is the norm, over packaging, inadequate recycling, toxic landfills, horrendous road congestion, and our perverted obsession with road construction. Public and Private buildings, Schools, Churches, Homes, ... America's blatant energy waste and overuse is culturally pervasive, and abominable !

1- ONLY with a substantial and tangible economic reward/consequence will most Americans care to conserve.
Crude oil must be taxed at $200 per barrel and offset by making income tax begin at $60k.
Taxing energy is simple, fair, economically sound, and available TODAY.
2- The American auto industry must quickly transition to the 6.4 BILLION people reason$ to manufacture solar, wind, and other alternative energy producers. They already have the needed infrastructure. Every home and building in the world, could be using solar energy. We are fast running out of fossil fuels !

Humanity is racing toward extinction, via global warming, for our failure to stop our energy waste.
Taxing energy (in lieu of income taxes) is the ONLY incentive that will stop energy waste and cause renewable energy sources to be employed.

Thy also can come with electric motors that are able to take you up to 19mph or 10 miles out and 10 back at 12mph that is also extra and the neat thing the bicycles are street league in most states.

If you give a web page, it helps to highlight it, and choose the icon in the editor that looks like infinity -- that is the web page link. In that way anyone reading this can click through. Like Lawrence Murray said CoolingEarth is worth joining and also California can be Carbon Neutral at any time.

I think you can just join CoolingEarth and see much more.
Also you can read California can be Carbon Neutral at any time.
You are right we have so much to do and we are looking at Congress giving us a trillion dollar package that may not work.
Have fun

Hi David,

Welcome to California District group CA-53

The Army needs your help!.

I am assisting our Regional Leader Micah Lauer with organizing efforts till a District Leader is found.

I'm excited you joined and looking forward to working together in getting the Pickens Plan front and center.

Please check our group page on a regular basis to see all the activities occurring that need your action.

Now is our opportunity to get the citizens national grassroots movement with local strength to finally end our country's dependence on foreign oil, expand renewable energies and jump start our new green economy.

The Army is Strong, lets get moving!

I have a very good friend and neighbor with a small model engine that can run on air in his garage. This little engine is quite the game changer, but it will take investment to get it retooled. Once the "bugs" are worked out, it will spin alternators, which will provide charging for batteries and energy for an electric drive motor. I will also run a small compressor to replenish the air in a small tank. With small turbines embedded into the vehicle body, you will be able to drive cross country, and not have to stop for fuel, air, or charging. Simple and elegant, it still will cost a few million to get it to where an auto maker would consider it viable.

I believe there has to be a bold president who has on his agenda creating a new infrastructure like David Dwight Eisenhower did when he created the interstate highways. It is now clear that solar roadways could become the first fault tolerant national grid.

Secondly, we can make hydrogen today from our oceans from the many ocean derricks collecting oil. The collection with hydride tanks makes it possible for safe transport. Hydrogen is freely available from our oceans. It gives us serviceable energy which is renewable.

Those two infrastructure changes lay in place what we need to take advantage of free market incentives.

I believe in 2009 San Diego can be a power house for renewable energy but it has to be free market incentives for it to work. At the local, State and Federal levels etc.
