- Well, I formed a company named Green Energy Management, sold several products and services geared toward reducing a home monthly power bill. IN doing this I really got plugged into the Green movement and constantly look to reduce my and ot6hers costs.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The single largest problem in this country today is this energy problem. It has taken so many forms, terrorism from groups liek Al Queda are bnot issues without our dependence on foriegn oil and specifically the middle east. Gas proces we all see but you do not see the hidden costs like when you visit the grocery store and their prices are higher due to the transportation costs. Your light bill right now is slated to nearly triple in the next 12-24 months, every where we tuern it all comes back down to the same thisg, the worthless energy policy this country has engaged in and how it effects every aspect of our daily lives both individually and as a country. FOLKS, WE ARE HELD HOSTATGE TO THE MIDDLE EAST RIGHT NOW AND WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND WE HAVE TO DO IT RIGHT NOW!!!!

Like, great that we need to convert our cars over to CNG, but how do we do that in the next 7 days? How will it effect our cars, is there a place here in SC I can take my gas guzzling Avalanche and convert it, I am ready now!
I have a ton of respect for Boone, but right now the presidential canidates are wasting my time talking and they never do anything but talk, I want action and less talking. Writing my congressmen is great, now that I have done that time to go to step 2! I just do not know what to do next because if action does not begin VERY soon, people will see this plan as nothing more than more talk!
What can I do to convert to CNG right now, not 6 months or a year from now!

Let's see. We're working with Innovista and the University SC in Columbia. We're hoping to work out a deal to create a manufacturing center either in Columbia or Kershaw county, where my business partner is currently established. The plan is for about a dozen people in the first year and as many as 250 in 5 years.
We'll be built a pilot site to demo the system, and probably concentrate installs right here in the northeast because electricity is so expensive and in short supply.
The technology is simple -- (BTW - Brown's gas is a hoax) -- we capture sunlight and make electricity. So Ive got to ask, what's your area of expertise? Marketing, Sales, Contracts, Accounting, etc...?
I hope you've checked out the website. I don't know how to sell ME on YOU, except to let you see the type of environment I'd like to produce. So let me ask you one question.
If you were called into a board meeting and you saw me sitting at the head of the table wearing a beanie-hat with a propeller... Would you gape, or toss me a beverage? -- You now have your answer as to your 'fit' with the company! :^)

PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONSWe need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.

Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, your area, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.
