look under the heading-
"What do you get in the runwithwater System?

O2 Sensor Enhancer or MAP Sensor Enhancer - This electronic control system "tricks" your vehicle's on-board computer to reducing the amount of gas flow without reducing performance. Depending on the year your car was built, we show you how to determine which one is needed. We even give you a $1 trick to make your vehicle's oxygen sensor make your car save money on gas. Without this information, it is practically impossible to save money with HHO technology.

If you read down to the bottom you have to install something to trick the Map gas or CO2 sensor, these kind of changes are what caused the EPA to change CNG conversions to yearly certification and must require them to be campatible with the vehicle computer and emissions systems.
Changing anything related to emissions controls is illegal.

I don't personally know anyone thats tried it, probably no one else either, so we are really curious also.

Misting water into the intake, raising the humidity helps mileage some, but I have not seen a system that will change it by any major amount to justify the cost.
I would be curious to see a schematic to see how they figure it will work better.

Now is the time to take action!

A meeting is scheduled with the Honorable
Jeff Flake’s office. His staff will be looking to see how many
people have contacted him about the Pickens Plan & Energy Independence.

Everything you need is under “Take Action”
on the website www.pickensplan.com
Click on the “Take Action” tab, there are 4 easy things
you can do with your computer right from your key board-

1. Join your District
2. Contact Congress
3. Email Obama
4. Tell a Friend

Thank you for your support!

Hi Debra……thank you for joining! Education is the key to knowledge, but where do we start? After you familiarize yourself with the information at this website, a wealth of additional information is available. We can look to Europe as our inspirational model for developing sustainable renewable energy. Countries like Denmark, Germany and Spain lead the way in this effort and have been there for the past 10-20 years - even more. Germany’s commitment through cooperatives and local municipalities has installed 19,000+ wind turbines and millions of solar collectors, both for solar hot water and electricity feeding the power grid.

The onshore and offshore installation of wind turbines in Denmark and Germany are producing 20% of all their electrical needs; in Spain, as much as 38% (please see examples in the photos on my page). We are 10 years behind in implementation compared to these countries!

I mention these examples to give us a direction for inspiration and point to where we could be heading with the Pickens Plan. The technology is already there and we do not have to reinvent the wheel. These are a few of the websites I would suggest you visit to see what others around the world have done and are doing:

1) The Solar Village – Freiburg, Germany. See: http://www.thesolarvillage.com/
2) The Folkecenter for Renewable Energy – Denmark.
See: http://www.folkecenter.net/gb/overview/publications/
Under VARIOUS, read: The transition from Fossil Fuels to the Renewable Energies
The whole website is excellent and you could spend hours there.
3) Google: Samso, Denmark. This is an island off the coast of Denmark that is completely self-sustaining. http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2008/07/07/080707fa_fact_kolbert
4) Read the article written by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. titled: “Global Warming: A Real Solution”

Here are a few great videos to see: “Saved by the Sun” a PBS NOVA video, and “A Crude Awakening” by Basil Gemlpke, et al. Americans need to mobilize and pressure our government representatives both on the state and national level. The Pickens Plan is a good place to foster discussion and share ideas and PUSH this plan! We can all share in this vital common cause. Good luck in your quest for a better more secure America….. Ask your friends to join the “PLAN”. Lee Ewald
